The Deck I ended up beating the Lich King with - hopefully it will be of use to someone.  Its a combination of Raviol Revolucionario's F2P LK deck and Daniel Schartz's Silence Priest.

Other Cards

The Tortollan Shellraiser slot is flexible, instead you could run another Lightwell, Shadow Word: Horror, Kabal Songstealer, or something like Ragnaros.

Game Replay

Here's my winning game from HSReplay.net.  I didn't get a silence for a while but you can build your board with minions that don't attack since the LIch King ignores them so they will stick and then you can just silence them a turn later when they can attack immediately.  I was getting desperate so I buffed an unsilenced Ancient Watcher and then played a Faceless Shambler on it. A  4/10 taunt is very powerful against the Lich King's minions.  Note: In the replay I was running a deck with Ragnaros but I never pull him and in hindsight I think the Tortollan Shellraiser has better synergies with the rest of the deck.

Mulligan

For mulligans you want to hard mulligan for an Ancient Watcher, pitching everything if you don't get one.  If you do get an Ancient Watcher in your opening hand then you want to keep Silence effect cards or 1 or 3 drops.  The deck has 5 silence cards counting the owl.
