This is a control paladin running dragons. It controls through classic Paladin control tools such as Pyromancer-Equality and Aldor Peacekeeper, but finds value through the card-generating cards such as Stonehill Defender, Hydrologist, and Netherspite Historian. I believe this deck is especially shines in its late game because in addition to standard Paladin big minions, such as Tirion and Ragnaros, the historians can generate late game dragons.

At 2 up-votes, I'll post a mulligan guide and match-up guide.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

*Update*:

Mulligans:

Rogue- Look for Doomsayers and early game minions, such as Hydrologist and Historian. However, if you see them keeping the leftmost card, indicating the quest variety, don't keep Doomsayer.

Paladin- Most paladins I've seen are the faster Murloc kind, so look for your Doomsayers, Tarcreeper, Hydrologist, and Truesilver.

Mage- I've seen mostly the Control mage on ladder, so I would look for Twilight Drake and Stonehill Defender, but if you're seeing more Secret mage, look for Truesilver and Doomsayer.

Shaman- I've only seen the token Shaman being run on ladder, so Doomsayer and Truesilver to be able to deal with Flametongue, Mana Tide, and Primalfin Totem.

Hunter- Tar Creeper, Doomsayer, Hydrologist, Historian, and Truesilver.

Warlock- Wait, what?

Priest- Personally, when I see Tirion in my opening hand, I keep it. Having a priest steal your Tirion is a nightmare and is guaranteed to induce saltiness. Other than looking for Tirion, mulligan for Truesilver and Twilight Drake.

Warrior- Doomsayer is good vs. Pirates and is alright against Quest, so keep it. Book Wyrm is really good against Quest, so keep it if you see your opponent avoiding their quest card during the mulligan. Stonehill is also a keep.

Druid- Mulliganning for Jade and finding out it's actually token or vice versa can lose you the game. If you're seeing more jades, look for Twlight Drake, but if you're seeing more token, look for Doomsayer and Tar Creeper.

Matchups:

Rogue:

Quest- Concede and wait a couple minutes so you don't cue into the same player. Hope that Blizzard nerfs this deck.

Miracle- With Aldor, Sunkeeper, and Equality, you should be able to deal with the late game Giants and VanCleefs they put out. It's a good match up as long as you don't get tempo-ed out in the early game.

Warrior:

Quest- I honestly haven't played many quest warriors with this deck, but you want to out-value them in the late game with your big minions and the ones can discover. As long as you are able to keep a board presence (while not playing into Brawl) after Sulfuras, you should be able to win.

Pirate- Spikeridged Steed will win you the game against Pirate Warrior. Playing Stonehills, any cheaply generated taunts, and Noble Sacrifices generated by Hydrologist will help you survive to Spikeridged Steed.

Hunter:

Usually save Aldor for Highmane. If you can plop down an early Doomsayer and follow it with some board presence, you should be able to win.

Priest:

Silence- With Sunkeeper and Equality, you can deal with their buffed minions pretty easily, but Aldor-ing an Inner-Fired minion doesn't always deal with the problem because of the threat of a second Inner Fire. Once you deal with the buffed minions, you just win.

Dragon- As long as they don't steal Tirion, you should have a good chance at winning. Dragonfire is very poor against this deck, and with Book Wyrm can kill off many of their smaller, health-buffed minions.

Paladin

Midrange Murloc- Tough matchup because Midrange Murloc Paladin has great early, mid, and late game. Remember not to Pyro-Equality while an opponent has a Murloc Warleader up. Keep the murlocs off the board, and keep an Aldor around to deal late game Tirion(s).

Control/N'zoth- Haven't seen many of these, but I feel like this can stand toe-to-toe in the value game. If N'zoth, always keep an Equality and an enabler for the eventual N'zoth board.

Druid-

Token- Clearing the board isn't a problem for this deck, but an exceptionally explosive early start can be devastating. If you can clear their initial board and the Living Mana board, you are very likely to win.

Jade- Heavily unfavored matchup, but not unwinnable. If you can clear their board and establish a board of your own, you can win. Also, you have a good chance to discover a Deathwing from a Historian, so this will help you clear a big board of Jades even after you have exhausted all the resources of your deck.

 Mage- (All pretty tough matchups)

Gunther- Tough match up, but winnable if you can establish a strong board mid to late game. Keep your healing handy in the late game especially after Alextraza.

Freeze- This is a hard matchup because your board doesn't really matter and you have very little burst. Ragnaros and Ivory Knight will be very useful in this match up. Also discovering an Alexstraza can help you heal or burst if necessary.

Tempo- Kind of a hard match up too. Doomsayer is always nice to proc Mirror Image, but try and control the board early on with Doomsayers and Truesilvers. Also, the secrets generated by Hydrologists are great for baiting out Counterspells.

 Shaman-

Sunkeeper really sucks in this match-up so you usually don't pick it off of Stonehill. However, Sunkeeper is very good against a Doppelgangster-Evolve, so that's probably the only situation you should play it. Spikeridged Steed is another card that is pretty bad against Shaman. Unless your board has already been Devolved, and you have been left with a Wisp to Steed, don't Steed. Other than that, this deck has a lot of board clears to deal with the tokens and small minions, and since the token Shaman has very little burst, as long as you keep their board relatively clean, you should be able to win.

Warlock-

Haha warlock.
