Heroic Heigan the Unclean's Warlock

Welcome! MrPLJ here today to present my little Heroic Heigan guide on Warlock. I tried to improve my previous heroic Arachnid Wing decks by only including common and rare cards to make them more obtainable for casual players.

The strategy for Heigan is simple, kill him by going playing around his hero skill which is deal 3 damage to the left most minion. He will use that every turn, and thus we have to be prepared for that. Plus the game starts off with a Voidcaller on his side of the field.

 

The Strategy

  1. I usually mulligan for Naxx cards as those benefit from Heigan's hero power. Nerubian Egg and Haunted Creeper both can be used on turn 2 whilst I like using Stoneskin Gargoyle after that and especially after you have managed to play a Taunt.
  2. After a few turns you will start building your board presence. Just make sure you keep those Sacrificial Pacts handy in case Heigan throws in his Doomguards.
  3. You basically have to control the board until Heigan runs out of cards (Turns 6-7). From that point on just go to the face whilst making sure you have a taunt up and your life doesn't get too low (I try to stay at around 10HP).
