The whole idea is to play as many 1 drops as possible (so your important cards won't burn by overdrawing), while setting up a combo that deals 20-30 damage in one turn
Personally, I got it on first try with Raging Worgen Charge Inner Rage x2 Rampage on turn 8, and survived with 3 hp after taking fatigue damage
The boss sometimes damages minions and not you, they really like to target Argent Squires and Dragon Eggs for some reason
