This is a deck for those fellers who just love to play spells. The only minion in here is Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, which is basically one big spell. This deck has a 100% percent win rate (mostly because I played 3 games and one of the guys conceded because I had just beaten him and somehow played him again, and the third one was a Priest who had no idea what he was doing)

Early Game

Step one is to just stay alive. Make sure you get Mirror Image in your hand so you can stall. Don't be afraid to Arcane Missle to the face as you want to bring their health down as much as you can. 6 damage to the face by turn two is not too shabby folks!

Use Forgotten Torch to clear early minions as well as Forbidden Flame. However it is important to save one of your Frostbolts (see below)

Mid Game:

Step two is to stay alive some more. When you feel your opponent crank up that pressure, teach him who is boss with a couple of quick Frost Novas and Cone of Colds. But only use these when you feel pressured!! Use Polymorph carefully to take out their most dangerous targets (ex: Sylvanas Windrunner and annoying garbage like that). Try to push damage to the face with the combo Frostbolt and double Ice Lance for 11 damage. Use both Fireballs but you can spare one to deal with a pesky minion. However use the 6 damage you got from the Forgotten Torch right to face. If you can spare the mana toss up a secret. Your goal should be to lower your opponents health to around 12 or 13. This will be gucci.

Late Game:

Step three is to win! Use your hero power to bring your opponent to 10 health while you look for Pyroblast. Continue to stall and clear your opponents board with Blizzard and Flamestrike. Firelands Portal should be played face unless you are threatened. The minion summoned will serve as a distraction while you set up lethal. Those Ice Blocks will stall for you as you put everything you got to face.

However, odds are when (and if) you reach this point, things are probably going to look pretty crappy. That's where good ol Yogg comes in. If you can't set up lethal, play that bad boy and sit back as perhaps as many as twenty spell are unleashed. If you are lucky, you will win in spectacular fashion. If you are unlucky, concede and go crawl into a hole to rethink life.

Closing:

This deck really sucks and you should not expect to win. If you face an Aggro deck, game over bud. Also, Control Warior is going to eat you alive and completely embarrass you. But in the off chance that you somehow squeak out a win, you will feel like you are on top of the world and probably run around shouting at the top of your lungs in pure exaltation. Have fun with this fellers.
