Hello everyone!
I'm Shock19. Pleased to meet you! Let me apologize in advance: English is not my native language.. but i'm gonna try, allright?
So, we made it to deck spotlight, and i don't think anyone could have described this deck in a better way. So i'm just gonna copy-paste the description from the hearthpwn editors themselves, and answer the main question: What is this deck all about?
* Build up your C'Thun, get some cool stuff from Museum Curator;
* Soak up damage you've taken viaTwilight Darkmender or protect via Twin Emperor Vek'lor;
* If they aren't dead, build your board again via N'Zoth, the Corruptor!
If you are a really good player this probably will feel underwhelming to you; But if you are an average player like me, looking for that Rank 5 chest, you've got to the right place!
Lots of players are commenting they are reaching Rank 5 with this list, and i'm very proud of that! Keep it going guys!

Also, kiwiinbacon was kind enough to make a video showcasing the deck! Here it is:
Update: We also got Khristophesaurus absolutely wrecking with the deck at Rank 2!
Deck updates in the long run (after testing + community suggestions):
-1 Holy Nova; +1 Shadow Word: Pain;
-1 Twilight Elder; +1 Brann Bronzebeard
-2 Hooded Acolyte;+2 Shifting Shade
Possible tech for shamans / weapon classes: Including Harrison Jones works fine (suggested by tevildo & others)!
--- Mulligan & Strategy Tips ---
Oh, and here is a very basic Mulligan Guide & Some Class-Specific tips against aggro decks & mirror matches as requested! I'll do a complete one as soon as i get more free time in my hands!
Against Priest: Look for Museum Curator, Beckoner of Evil, Shadow Word: Pain, Northshire Cleric, Power Word: Shield. Twilight Elder can be kept with coin.
* Usually, don't drop Nortshire Cleric @ turn1. Save if until you can draw some cards out of her. You don't desperately need board presence on the start since this is a rather slow match.
* Normally save SW:Pain for cards like Auchenai & Cleric. Using it on minions like Beckoner of Evil and such is usually a waste.
* Saving PW:Shield to play before trading is 1000% better then just playing it to buff a minion that can't attack yet.
* When you get a good board presence (and that ofter happens when you drop the Twins, usually switch to face. Priests does not have good options to remove 4 attack minions (obviously) and the Twins are golden to force him into bad trades. Take that opportunity to start dropping big threats and push for lethal. I've won MANY games @ turns 8/9 in mirror matches.
Shamans/Zoo/Hunters/Other Aggro Decks: Look for Museum Curator, Beckoner of Evil, Shadow Word: Pain. It's not wrong to keep a copy of Excavated Evil. Also keep Disciple of C'Thun. If you have two C'thun buffing minions, Twilight Darkmender is also a good keep!
* Try to use the Museum Curator to guarantee you have a drop for every turn. It's ok to pass on a Sylvannas for a weak minion to correct your curve in case of a bad mulligan.
* Normally save SW:Pain for important cards like Flametongue totem, Mana Tide totem, Totem golem, Trogg, Imp Gang Boss, Leokk.Carrion Grub HAVE to be removed ASAP! If a hunter gets to buff him with Houndmaster we are at sadtown. Don't waste SW:Pain on things like Spirit Wolves, Flame juggler and less threatening minions just for tempo. It is your key to bypass taunts and kill minions with a lot of health.
* At start focus on having board presence. Don't focus much on card draw and using hero power to heal yourself. It's ok to fall down to like 20 hp if you can heal minions to dominate the board.
* Don't be trying to extract +10 healing from Twilight Darkmender everytime. This is a huge mistake. Board presence is KING! It's perfectly fine a T5 with Twilight Darkmender to heal for +4 and board presence. I can't stress this enough: If you don't have other STRONG minion to play, don't save the Darkmenders for healing. Just play her for board presence. Remember they will have to deal with her, wich saves you time, and the late game is absolutely yours.
* Other mistake you should avoid is deciding to heal a Beckoner of Evil instead of playing a Twilight Elder. Develop your board at all times. Take advantage of drawing well. This is NOT a control matchup. Save the healing for when you run out of good options to play!
* Don't be too sad if you lose to a hunter who had both copies of Call of The Wild @ turn 8 + 9. It's just such a strong card lol. Most of the time you can only handle that much pressure if you draw Twin Emperor before he plays CotW.
Well guys that is it for today. I really hope i have helped a bit with those matches. If you want any more info be sure to post on the comments and i'll update this guide asap!
Thanks again for the amazing feedback! It's been awesome!

Great deck any replacement for sylvana?
Sylv is very strong friend, and very hard to replace. If you have Cairne he's an average replacement (Good deathrattle) and same mana cost - he just don't force your opponent into an unfavorable trading mode like sylv does.
I completely agree. Zoo just fucks this deck, and thats putting it mildly. I have a better winrate with just a nzoth priest that runs a lot of removal.
I made some changes and the deck got better:
-2 Northshire Cleric
-1 Emtomb
+2 Cabal Shadow Priest
+1 Crazed Worshipper
I think Northshire Cleric is usuless without Circle of Healing and you have enough draws with 2 Museum Curator, 2 Shifting Shade and 2 Power Word: Shield. By the way, Cabak and Worshipper are amazing versus aggros decks.
I agree. I noticed that without the perfect draws, zoolock is a very hard matchup, and and the shadow priests are amazingly good for me
Great changes!
I actually think for current metagame, auch circle (or embrace circle) are a must. Cabals are very strong, and crazed worshipper is pretty good, unfortunately not so good because of removal like that hunter spell that removes one random minion (and usually he is alone on the board). But is a good tech, gratz man!
Pretty much my first thoughts. I'm not a fan of cleric without circle and especially pyromancer. Cabal is also just absoloutely insane in this meta. Stealing mana tides, bloodhoof braves, flamewakers, imp gang bosses and carrion grubs for example.
Shock, even though auchenei would be good for this deck, it's not as important in this variant of priest since you have quite a bit of early game. I feel like these changes are much easier to implement and will make the deck more concistent against aggro. Not sure about the crazed worshipper though, i think there are better taunts.
Completely overhyped bad decks with clickbait titles and the youtube community rushes in to get a share of the cake making the deck seem viable and the creator tustworthy but i can assure you this is not a very refined decklist at all. Maybe this beats midrange and control but the cancer that is aggro is what 80% of ladder concists of and this deck seems nearly built to suck against aggro considering the obvious non inclusion of auchenei soulpriest and circle.
This is the cancer hearthpwn has become where bad overhyped decks with clickbait titles take all the votes just because a bunch of noobs got 57% win rate at like rank 17. Fucking kidding me...
Yeah, like the deck never had 0 upvotes right? People are voting from day 1 just because it has a "Clickbait title". Let's just ignore how many people reached rank 5 with it, and the how many PM's i got of people happy that they hit Rank 5 for the first time.
This deck is getting a bit old and i'm even working on a new one. I posted it because i reached rank 5 for the first time with it - and so did many people.
If you don't like it, downvote it, it's your right. Just don't say 350+ people are liking the deck because it has a "Clickbait title". Saying that is as unfair as it gets.
Also, auch circle is a great inclusion yes. At the time i made this deck the ladder did not have as many aggro decks on it as it has right now (remember the deck is getting kinda old and is from last season). Since i made it late in the season, i guess all the aggro dudes were above my rank (it's a possibility).
That would be because it's fun. And yes, anyone can take this deck to rank 5 if they want to commit their time to it, but it's going to be a slow climb as the deck struggles against aggro. As you said youre trying to optimise the deck/make a new one better suited for aggro. I'm trying to help around in the comments with suggestions and stuff as you have propably seen, because i want the deck to work well, as i really like the idea. As for clickbait titles, my opinion stands where it is. It's an instant turn off to see a deck title made to get as much attention as possible by trying to reach out to "Non-pros". This way you are basically gaining a ton of upvotes by new players at the lower ranks.
Or it might be just because i'm a non-pro myself, and after 26 seasons i finally got to rank 5. But i guess it's way easier to believe that i'm a "clickbait specialist" trying to gain "a ton of upvotes" reaching for players at lower ranks than to believe i just made a deck people actually like. If the likes are there because it's fun or because it's good, what's wrong with that?
It's not like i'm lying to anyone. How many "90% winrate" decks have you played that go like 55-65% winrate? That is clickbaiting. What i'm doing here is not, and although i respect your opinion, it's just plainfully wrong.
The fact that aggro decks give this list a hard time is hardly surprising - as aggro gives PRIEST a hard time overall - and when i made the list i actually had a fighting chance (instead of insta-conceding to every hunter, shaman and warlock out there). And for me that is an improvement (a small one - but it's there).
I'm sorry the deck title makes you so unconfortable - i just ask you to please don't judge things the way you are doing - makes me seem like a "smartass" trying to trick people into upvoting this, and that was never my intention.
But enough with this, you have your right to think the way you do, i just feel bad about it. And about the new deck, i'm lacking time to play and i am around rank 11 right now, but as soon as i climb to 5 i'll post the new deck here (this time with stats). That is the reason i'm not updating this list anymore.
Wish you all the best.
This deck is great and a lot of fun. Can be hard against aggro if you don't draw excavated evil but otherwise it's really good. But I was wondering if there was any room in the deck for emperor thaurissan? It seems like he'd be good in a deck with a lot of 5,6, and 10 cost stuff. Also I just got forbidden shaping and was wondering what's a good card to take out so I could put that in?
I LOVE forbidden shaping - but i advice against it - since its like a 8 mana card. Its not consistent or reliable enough to play on other turns (when you get that sweet lance carrier you will want to cry).
But if you absolutely want to try it, remove a c'thuns chosen!
Thanks so much. Sounds goood
This deck is a lot of fun and I can see it being really good in a week or so, but for now it's pretty inconsistent. I beat some aggro shaman/zoo locks but in general, the turn 5 seems a bit too late. But it's a lot of fun when you can get into a match with someone else who isn't using one of those decks.
new deck.
worst deck i've ever seen so far...
57%?! The deck must be utter shit because that is the slowest road to rank 5 ive ever heard of.
lovely, when I try to use this exact deck in 'standard' as it is labeled why do I get the 'wild only' format warning? What am I not understanding about this wonderful revolutionary online card game?
When creating the deck you must have changed it to "Wild". Then it does not matter if you are using standard only cards. Check it ou!
