Some thoughts on playing Yogg-Saron and Malygos:

I want to play Yogg before Malygos if possible, leaving Malygos as the finisher. 

I like to play Yogg when I have 10-12 cards left in my deck, and 4-5 cards in hand. Yogg is highly likely to clear the board (both sides) and draw you cards (as well as create cards in your hand). 

I believe this list is the correct mix of draw and sustain. Always try to get as much value out of your spells as possible. It's easy to be to greedy with them, though. You will need to use burn spells sometimes to clear minions. This is particularly true of Lava Burst. I almost never use this as anything but removal. After a tick from Emperor Thaurissan, Lightning Bolt, Lava Shock and Frost Shock can all be used the same turn as Malygos for finishing damage. Making the decisions about when to use burn and when to hold on for a value board wipe is challenging. If you have a heal in hand, you can usually wait a little to get value on a clear before healing back up. 

In the mulligan, I'm usually looking for a sustain card, Stormcrack, AoE and Charged Hammer. If I'm facing a class with high priority Hex targets, I'll keep one of those. 

This isn't an easy deck to play. If you have never played a Zeus deck, it will take time to learn how greedy you can be before its to greedy. I highly recommend playing it as is. Some of my card choices may seem odd, but I believe the cards themselves will speak better to their value than I can. 

There isn't much that can be replaced. If you don't have Yogg you could possibly try the new Deathwing and use him as a pseudo Ancestors Call? I don't believe he is as strong as Yogg, though. If you don't have Far Sight you might be ok with a second Thing From Below. 

Made a couple of changes. I swapped Farsight for a second Thing from Below. Swapped one Lightning Storm for Ragnaros.
