First shot. Clear, keep board control, spam minions.
- You must get something out on turn 1. (Preferably Mirror Image) You need to also make sure you play something every turn.
- All her minions will get upgraded to a new random minion that costs 1 more mana than the previous one at the end of her turns. Don't let her flood the board.
- Unlike her, your minions just end up getting replaced with another one that costs the same amount of mana at the end of her turns.
Edit: To the people who claim this deck is awful, you need to learn how to play and understand the game. Just because a handful of people one shot, including myself, on a boss that is legit 100% RNG with the minion swaps, does not mean its a poor deck.
The strategy is simple, and you can interchange many minions that spawn multiple minions instantly or via an inspire that you utilize when dropped. The idea is to always have board control, I do not see how this is hard to see.

I beat heroic Naxxramas, heroic Blackrock Mountain, but this boss is something insane
Still trying this deck, with one exception: I don't have Echoing Ooze
maybe he exchanged it for dust

Thanks for help. These flood type decks actually work here. Fight is fully depended on RNG unfortunately. Conditions on the board is continously changing during the fight. So, you don't need really good "board keeper" minions, such as fat taunts or card texted mobs. All you have to do is, maintain board control (= superiority of your minion number on the board, to hers) by trading effectively and stalling the game by using your spells, until you get your fat minions. Since most thing is related to RNG, it can take some time.
FYI: AI is trying to do with something her spells first, playing his minions at his her hand. After do those, pressing the evolve button.

Despite the need for RNG, it workout out fine for me in 2-3 tries. As long as I got something out from 1st turn and then on, I encountered no problem. Just kept controlling the board. Unless she turns a minion into Doomsayer or a heavy taunt, efficient trades get the job done

Note that your 0-drop minions will not level-up and will simply rotate to another 0-drop.
For your opener, look for Mirror Image, Elven Archer, Murloc Tidehunter, Razorfen Hunter. To control the board in the early game, use the archer and any 0-drop attackers (Murloc Tinyfin). After that, control the board while trying to keep your highest-level minions alive.
If there are no minions on the board for Lady Naz'jar, be aware of Lightning Storm (2-3 dmg AOE) and Death's Bite (weapon).

First try destroyed, even with RNG required this was a solid deck. For anyone that says this is a poor deck you're just not as skilled as you think you are. For example I started out the first 2 turns with mirror image and Murloc Tidehunter only to see a turn 3 Lightning storm and I was able to still wrestle board control back and take the win on first try.
