Cheap, effective and pretty fun deck!!! 

Mulligan: keep weapon/annoy/acoylite of pain/echoing/unstable ghoul

Early game you just need to survive with weapons and cheap mana taunt. Try draw as much card possible. Mid/late is time for you to shine, flood the board with Hobgolbin + 1atk minion
