I tried your first ethereal dreams and I also worked on it to fix its weaknesses, I got rid of arcane intelect, I personally think Acolyte of pain offers more value and a similar effect in most situations, it's counterable, but it also helps much more vs certain classes like paladin or rush decks.
I reduced ice barrier to 1 instead of 2, I think it's a decent card but doesn't offer much control, it just gives you yet another turn, and I thought the first version of the deck missed creatures. Found myself with hands filled of secrets/spells and nothing to put on the table.
I don't have an ice block, but I see the same issue as with the previous 2 cards I talked about, it guarantees growth on the Arcanist, yes, but I don't like to rely that much on him.
I got rid of cone of cold, I wasn't finding myself using 4 mana to slow down creeps, I found that a water elemental was much more effective in most situations where the deck was weak, like vs hunters, only one though.
I reduced flamestrike to 1, it was way too situational for me, and most games I wouldn't even have a chance to use it anyway, I have that problem with cards that give you another turn to live but don't let you gain control, and flamestrike is one of those, it's a good card for when you're losing, so I'd rather put other cards to make sure I'm not losing.
I also changed to 1 secret keeper, felt like it was good and necessary for early game, but 2 was excessive, it was way too situational unlike the wyrm.
I also added one faceless manipulator, pretty good in this deck indeed.
Now, what I added too was a violet professor, it gives a lot of value with secrets and all the control cards, besides, stat wise is almost like a yeti, although killable by priests, but they use that spell for my wyrms anyway, I also added an auctioneer, for more card drawing but with table pressence like the acolytes, I added one sorcerer's apprentice because it offers great value late game with this set up, being capable of using a secret, a fireball and a polymorph while putting some damage on the table in the same turn is great.
I also crafted a Ysera, with the protection from spellbender and counterspell it's pretty good in this deck, always gives me 2-3 cards at least, so it adds the potentially lost value of arcane intellect to the deck, and even if I don't have any counterspell up, at that point I've put out so many dangerous, growing creatures that they usually don't have anything else to throw at me, and 12 HP is a lot to take down slowly. I picked this deck at rank 16 and I'm now at 12 without a single loss, it's beating control rogues and hunters.
Other than that, it's exactly the same as yours.
Thanks for the inspiration, it's the funniest deck I've played.
Sure, take a look http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/37743-ethereal-secrets-fleiva-variation
I feel like this deck might be pretty lacking in the card draw department. If you don't draw that Arcane Intellect you might be screwed. I'd probably throw an auctioneer in there to try to benefit from all the spells. I have almost all cards needed though so I'll probably give this a whirl for the lulz.

Added one surprise card at the end of video.
I have been thinking about secrets alt recently, Ice Barrier is nice vrs the rush decks and counterspell forces minion trades with out aid from the hero.
