Just what the title says. I've never once ran a deck that was better then this one nor will you find another one on this site that beats it. I actually challenge you to find me another Lock deck that will out perform this. Won't happen. Absolutely ridiculous win rate all threw the ranks and can challenge all opponent deck types.
