Trump's Basic Shaman Deck
Unknown creation date.
Thanks. I tried once. basic but stronger than I expected.
So far, not so good. I always test a deck with the expert AI, as a sort of sanity check. So far they have been kicking my ass. I'm not a world class player, but I can usually beat the expert AI even with a basic deck. Not so with this one.
The pros: It's basic...so it's basically free.
The cons: It'll get STOMPED by anyone not using a basic deck as well.
honestly, i am loving my basic shaman deck, i just set up a taunt wall with silver backs, senjin's etc while getting as many minions on the board as i can ( totems help greatly). just hope to draw a frostlord + windfury or blood lust and you can win in 1 turn
( 1 frostlord with 4 other minions on the board [ 1 is a flametouge totem] =10/8 with windfury means that the frostlord can do 20 damage in 1 turn) you just have to keep him safe the 1 turn he cant attack. you can also toss in a rockspitter weapon and a bloodlust to do some insane damage in a single turn
i use a cult master behind my shieldwall to help draw cards
also another stratagy i found useful but very very situational is to windfury a spell totem ( cant remember name) followed by saying it was a mistake, the enemy will leave it alone for the turn ( hopefully) then you can double bloodlust (or rockspitter) to allow it to deal a minimun of 12 damage as i said extremly situational but it gave me a win 2 times now
You can probably pull that off in lower ranks, but once you progress up in the ranks, players are much better and they will not let you set up that many taunts.
Terrible deck, very unbalanced
I'm having the easiest time with my shaman deck after finally getting level 10 which gives you all the basic cards with this deck. Thanks for putting this out there Fluxflashor! Like Noothing is saying, it's pretty easy to figure out, just play it and see. I've played with my own decks to level 10 thus far and I'm getting the most wins with Shaman!
It's an updated starter deck. It's meant to be flexible and you'll learn through playing it how it works. It's just a basic deck to get a feel for the Shaman class while you try to get more cards.
It's pretty easy to play. Save Bloodlust / Windfury until later and try for the KO after you fill the board with creatures. Pretty simple and I've found it to be one of the best F2P decks out of the 7 classes I have at level 10. I had one kill round where I could have done 44 damage in 1 turn.
