Extremely effective deck against aggro decks:  Murlocs or 1-cost minion decks.

The toughest match-up I've found is a mage deck.  9 times out of 10 I die to a pyroblast and hero power.  Very irriatating but beats any other match up fairly easy.

With it's extremely unique play style and card choice, it's hard for other decks to predict what you're going to play.  Mind Control Techs are extremely useful against minion heavy decks.  The enemy sometimes reserves his creatures because of the number of taunts you play and clears and drops them all at once.  Another combo is Leeroy + Tech, almost guarantees the enemy will have 4 minions, then it's a coin flip, but can come in handy.

I have a very easy time against Warlock Aggro, Control Druid, Control/Healing Pally, even Warrior if you play your cards right and don't drop them to 10-15 range before you can finish with Leeroy.

Good substitutes:

Tink -> Spellbreaker
Leeroy -> Power Overwhelming
