This is your win condition.

As with many of Hearthstone's Heroic Bosses, you have to retry until the stars align; it's no different in Heroic Baron Geddon's case.

This deck is designed to stall out Baron Geddon until you can successfully Duplicate your Sorcerer's Apprentice. Even then, Archmage Antonidas has to survive one turn and you have to save one spell in your hand for the next turn. This win-condition is very dependent on luck, but getting the combo is EXTREMELY satisfying.

You will want to mulligan for one Clockwork Gnome, one Mad Scientist, and Arcane Intellect. Alternatively, Mirror Image and any Secret (with the exception of Duplicate) will also do. There is enough draw in the deck to draw into better options after the first couple of turns. Even if you don't have a first turn play, it's not necessary to concede, but your chances of victory are obviously significantly lowered.

Youthful Brewmaster and Ancient Brewmaster are only here to use up Mana Crystals and negate the effects of the Living Bomb. Also, Ancient Brewmaster trades well with Fire Elemental and Fireguard Destroyer (with a ping).

The Clockwork Gnome provides a first turn play, uses up a single unused Mana Crystal in later turns, and gives you another 1-mana card to use, so it are extremely efficient in this deck. If you get Finicky Cloakfield, try to save it for Archmage Antonidas.

• Take care in watching the number of cards in your hand. You need to save space for using Duplicate on your Sorcerer's Apprentice.
• Take care when trading your Mad Scientist. If you get Duplicate and you don't have or can't draw into Sorcerer's Apprentice, you should concede and retry.
