You deal direct damage with Abyssal Curses (and you heal if you have Za'Qul) and you deal even more damage with barrels of sludge (and you heal if you have Pop'gar). The perfect ending is to fill the deck with barrels (with tome tampering), get rid of all the enemy minions with gigafin, sargeras or abyssal wave, use steamcleaner and let all the accumulated barrels hit directly.
