Gameplan:

Unholy Frenzy is the real why this deck is possible. There are two "different" ways to generate enough Elwynn Boars, but both require you to set up specific cards. Most likely, you'll use a combination of both setups. 

Combo Set Up #1: Brann + Zola
It is possible to generate 7 Elwynn Boars by playing Boar into Brann Bronzebeard + Zola the Gorgon. Then, when you draw your 2nd natural boar, you will have 3 Elwynn Boars in hand. Once your opponent summons one 6HP minion or two 3HP minions, you can play both Boars into Unholy Frenzy x2 to kill 3 boars (for a total of 4), then kill 3 boars again to give you 7.

Combo Set Up #2: Queen + Sword
Rimefang Sword can be used to discount your Unholy Frenzy. Try to discount your spells before playing Queen, because you don't want the treasures to steal discounts. You can use Queen Azshara to give you the Ring of Tides in case you need to use one Unholy Frenzy for removal. 

You can use Horn of Winter to set up expensive mana combos. However, in my opinion, Horn is best to use for tempo. If you watch the video, game 2 has an EXCELLENT example of the games you could cheat by turn 5.
