EXTREMELY QUICK WRITE UP:
There are six 1 mana spells in priest post rotation. That means wandmaker is going to generate a lot of draconic studies, and you can generate more wandmakers from raise dead which you can pair with nazmani and palm reading to discount more draconic studies + dragons from draconic studies. Fun fact: There's only good dragons left in the discover pool so you will generate whatever dragon you need to win the game. Need burn? here's alex. Need an answer now? Ysera. Need to draw your whole deck? Maly. Need a big idiot to play? Skeletal dragon (youre gonna generate a lot of these, that's why I don't even bother including it in the deck).
Mo'Arg is there because its crazy good with condemn and devouring plague and holy smite. It should just be in every slower priest deck.

Posted Mar 31, 2021 (Forged in the Barrens)This deck is a blast. Thanks, dude! A nice refreshing change from my slow control priest tendencies. Great clearance, spell generation. Following Olwen's comment above, I swapped out the 2 x Void Flayers for 2x Sethekk Veilweaver. Works a treat!

Trying to synergyze with wandmaker seems like a good idea, and I agree that Nazmani feels like a better fit for priest in this new meta.
However, I think some cards in the list might be a bit too greedy/not really needed. For instance, I believe playing 2* Sethekk instead of the Void Flayers would be better in this archetype ( works really well with Nazmani, helps you generating value all game long etc... ) and I don't think the "aoe" effect of the void flayer is that important since you play many other good removal cards.
I haven't tried the new Ysera so far, but like you mentionned, you can get big drakes with the 1 mana spell, and I think Ysera should be an option to consider when you discover dragons, but not mandatory in the list, maybe Yogg Saron would bring you more ways to comeback/end games, even the new alexstraza would be better in my opinion with this archetype.
