This deck guide is to get you up and running with Warrior - a deck to complete your daily quests and even climb the ladder with.

The deck aims to be:
- Commons and Rares only
- Most cards from the Year of the Phoenix.
- If cards from Year of the Dragon are featured, they are key cards in the deck, or can also be useful for Wild.
- Can climb to at least Diamond 10-5 if played well/adjustments made.

 Ideally you want to minimise the dust you spend crafting cards and use what you have in collection. But which cards are most important?

2x Scrapyard Colossus
1-2 Plagued Protodrake
2x Troublemaker (not widely used in other Warrior decks)
0-2 Runaway Blackwing

2 ofs Core cards:

2x Commencement (key win condition)

2x Core removal cards (and just good ones to open/craft):

2x Minefield
2x Coerce (may get replaced in expensive decklists)

Ideally 2x:

2x Barricade
*2x Dimensional Ripper (key win condition)
2x Corsair Cache

Weapon and "Spellburst" package:

2x Sword and Board
Spiked Wheel
Reaper's Scythe
Athletic Studies

Smaller "Big" minions to fill in the mid-game:

Bonechewer Vanguard -> *Evasive Drakonid
Bloodboil Brute
Scrap Golem

Brawl:

In the case of this Warrior deck, it has one Epic, Brawl. It is in there for insurance. Unfortunately the deck seemed to fall a little short with a Common/Rare replacement.

Since Core Set is coming and you will get 2 copies for free, instead, if you have them in collection, you can use:

Brawl -> Bladestorm -> Ramming Speed -> 2nd Reaper's Scythe -> *Awaken!

Substitutions:

Troublemaker -> Plagued Protodrake -> Runaway Blackwing
