The idea is to get Carnival Clown corrupted by N'Zoth, God of the Deep or Scrapyard Colossus and drop it for finishing the game. Even if we fail to corrupt it, it can be played as 3 6/6 taunt minions with one single handbuff which will also allow us to play Strongman for free in the same turn.
Frightened Flunky, Sword Eater, Circus Amalgam are our early game taunt options. Circus Amalgam also works as Dragon and Pirate when we play cards like Ringmaster's Baton and Ringmaster Whatley or any other tribe when we play N'Zoth, God of the Deep.
Coerce can be used to remove intimidating minions.
I don't expect this archetype to be the best out there for Warrior but surely it will be fun to experiment at the first days of the new expension.
Constructive criticism is always welcome.
**IMPORTANT**
Ringmaster Whatley and one Scrapyard Colossus can be replaced with Battle Rage or Shield Block for better card draw.
Do not choose or play Greybough against Priest. Never ever!
Here are the games from Diamond 4 to 2. Those three loses happened at 6am! So you can blame me for those, not the deck. :)
Any other good beast replacements for Armagedillo? I would also replace Deathwing with Twin Tyrant as a reactive big dragon because I dont have them and maybe it even is better in some cases or even Evasive Drakonid?
I think that Armagedillo is impossible to replace, because he is the best way to make stronger your taunts
This deck is insane. The flood is endless, and you're beefing up fast.
Sure it's slow Turn 1-3, but after that you've beefed up you keep flooding the board.
I've won most games not even having to use Clown Wagon so far.
Auto-loss to aggro though.
I've played so many games against aggro last night and ecept one, I won all of them. Is it possible that you suffered from bad RNG or poor mulligan?
Both Aggro + Mage are difficult , I agree, but it's also definitly possible to make a decent come back on aggro and beat it.
Deck is fun but after a few games it's clear how much it struggles. Way too slow with no early game board presence. Seems to lose to everything except control.
Awesome deck man! the clowns are bloody insane, i filled the board with 10/10's jesus poor druid
Slap a Fire Plume's Heart in here and it looks a decent wild deck!
Interesting deck. i opened a golden clown (and a regular one) and bought fromt he artist the original painting, so really trying to make a clown deck work, maybe i ll change some cards but playhing a version of this deck tonight. (ages i do not play standard but still a 9 stars bonus!)
Cut 1 Colossus and add yshaarj-the-defiler (to corrupted clowns back)
No harm in trying but I think it would get even harder to corrupt the clown.
What do you think about Minefield for answer against aggro?
Depending on how the meta will shape, I may add Minefield and Bladestorm.
I like the idea and it may be viable. I would reconsider a few cards though. I think that Ringmaster's Baton is too slow. 1 attack is terrible for early game control and hand buffing has rarely ever worked. In Formation! is too inconsistent and also slow. Maybe shore up your early game with a couple of taunt or defensive minions.
This is incredibly slow. There's nothing proactive happening until like turn 4.
can you make Ringmaster Whatley work in wild?
I'm sure you can. It may draw Zilliax for sure. :)
it looks nice but you get rekt by late game and board clears
I do not think so. Board clears can destroy any deck. And as far as the late game is concerned, i see the deck here as quite competitive.
