This is a DH tempo with Pen Flinger. There are a lot of 1-mana spells and It is constant damage.  Intrepid Initiate works fine thanks all spells.

Cobalt Spellkin give 2 spells to 1 mana of DH which are really strong.


The strongest card is Altruis the Outcast, thanks to all the low-cost cards and the Pen Flinger(goes outcast) it's easy to use it to the fullest.
