You forgot to include a quest in this deck.Nvm, I forgot Righteous Cause is a quest. Still, I'm not sure it's reliable enough to trigger Questing Explorer and Licensed Adventurer. I'm more comfortable using an actual quest instead of a sidequest.
Also, this deck has a lot of low cost draw, presumably to be able to quickly draw Uther and Beardo after using Polkelt. It's a cute idea, but this will sadly get trampled by aggro decks. This would've been a nice and fair deck back in the day, but with this many powerful cards in the game, "fair" just isn't a good way to make a deck anymore.
You're right- An actual quest would probably be better. Righteous cause is consistent enough though if you keep it for the adventurers and I just don't own either of the legendary quests for pally. You do sometimes just play an empty questing adventurer though which the legendary quests would fix. Would also make room for a board clear/stall/heal
That said- I've played a Libram version which was much slower and much more control-oriented and I've played a Highlander version running a lot of heal. Both were very fun yet neither felt stronger than this. The libram eventually got rolled over regardless while the highlander just didn't have enough draw. This gets there fast enough- Occasionally playing uther on turn 9 and winning on turn 11-12 with enough pressure from the deathrattle bodies to resist some of the pressure. Time out and Wave of Apathy are also able to stall some turns to get you there. Besides that, I've noticed that keeping a wave of apathy for your uther turn when you've got 10 mana seems to be able to get you back into a lot of games. The uther turn is one of the weaker turns so it helps a lot. Very tempted to run some more clear but this seems to do the trick against most decks.
To clarify: The libram version was strong- But as a libram pally deck. Uther and the whole OTK just felt redundant as the libram part was enough to win against Aggro and you got rolled over too hard by some of the other Control/OTK decks. The Highlander version's the most fun for sure though- Certainly not as strong but i've preferred it recently.
