I don't think it will be tier 1, but:
turn 1 angry chicken
turn 2 +1/+2 on chicken and activate his engrage with any of 1 mana minions
turn 3 coin +4/+4 is.. If I can count properly.. 18 dmg on turn 3 :) Seems great if oponent isn't a mage and don't do anything... :( 
I was wondering of elven archer by the way, or smth that activate enrage, so you can delete maiev and murloc for budget version.
Anyways seee you in legend when I crush your netdeck with angry chicken Kappa
