Reviewed Version of Firebat's idea of a Highlander Demon Hunter.

Twin Slice ist essential for enabling both, Outcast and playing cards like Furious Felfin, Satyr Overseer and Glaivebound Adept on curve. It's also worth mentioning, that it can be combined with Altruis the Outcast for a pseudo Consecration.

Frozen Shadoweaver and Overconfident Orc are mostly fillers to compensate the lack of good standalone Demon Hunter 3-drops.

It seems, that Highlander Demon Hunter will be played very similarly to Highlander Hunter. Tempobased, board-centric, 2 for 1 swing turns in later stages of the game and with decent reach because of weapons, Kayn Sunfury and Metamorphosis.  That's especially true in comparison with other classes since Leeroy Jenkins was hall of famed. :'(
