How to play this deck: 

This deck mainly going face with Doomhamer and spells for insane burst. You can do insane damage with combos like:

                     Doomhammer + Rockbiter Weapon + Rockbiter Weapon for 16 damage in one turn just from your weapon

                     Lava Burst + Lava Burst + Lightning Bolt + Lightning Bolt for 16 damage from your hand 

                     Electra Stormsurge adds insane bu[deck]rst to any combo. IMO the best time to use Electra is on a rockbiter weapon for 22 damage from your weapon

Mulligan:

This depends on match up but try to for Spirit of the Frog, Thunderhead and Likkim

Against mage: you really want Hex to delay there giant into conjurers calling

Against warrior: Doomhamer is really nice on turn 5, to start chipping at there health

Extra Things:

It is okay to use burn to affect the board, you need to live long enough to kill them

Likkim is really good at early board control and early damage

Thunderhead can be used to bring you back on the board

[card]Krag'wa, the Frog[/card] can be used to generate more spells and value
