Deck by summary is simple.

Just wait until you have six combo cards in your hand. Wich are the 2 sorcerers apprentice, archmage antonidas and 2 molten reflection or one molten reflection and then simulacrum. The sixth card is of course emperor thurisan.

If you are unlucky drawing him and you drew lunas pocket galaxy with archmage antonidas still in your deck then go for it since lunas poket galaxy will be now a 5 mana card. 

So if you are unlucky with drawing emperor then you will still have a chance to by all epic memes win the game. Obviously the freeze spells are there to stall the game.
