I think Frothing Berserker will be a very good choise in this deck.

The first version contained them, but you can't really make value out of them since they don't stick around on the board. Even if you play one on an empty board on turn 3, it will most likely be removed/silenced. They are just way too slow, according to my experience

I'm not sure what the win condition is, is it just having a lot of patrons on the board? A lot of decks around right now can easily get rid of two large boards, and Dr. Boom, Mad Genius seems to be the only prospective value generator beyond your 2 patron rushes. I guess the idea is that you Grommash Hellscream them in the face for 10, but getting them that low seems really tough.

Yes, Blood Razor also works, as you want to synergize its deathrattle with playing Grommash Hellscream and maybe Grim Patron, too (this depends on your actual game situation).

can't you just craft it since it's in wild, can you? 🤔

eventually I'll buy naxxramas, so I am avoiding crafting cards I'll get later. I did crafted 2 voidcallers but only because I play A LOT of warlock. But in a month I'll buy naxx and get all the cards.

at first sight, it even seems better, because it whirlwinds 2 times instead of one. Not having berserkers, it seems even safer, as it will just generate more patrons.

none, honestly, but you could try playing without it and craft it later
or don't craft if patron warrior disappoints you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
