A mage deck centered around Mana Cyclone and Spellpower.

This deck is pretty unique, as it combines elements of a Combo deck and a Tempo deck. You have a lot of option for combos that can snowball the game in your favor. Creativity is the key here. 

Elemental Invocation can make Mana Cyclone cost zero.

Sorceress's Apprentice Make your already cheap spells cost 1 less.

Messenger Raven can add almost anything you need. Want more Fireballs? He can give you Archmage Antonaidas. Need more minions? He can give you Khadgar. A lot of possibilities here.

Unexpected Results is another power play that can get extremely strong (and random) depending on how much Spell Damage you have on the field. And if you combine this with Khadgar, you get 4 minions on board.
