I replaced - 2 flametongue totem (cuz of nerf) with +1stonehill defender and +1lich king... U can replace lich king with +1 stonehill or another low cost taunt minion... Rly funny deck and helped me a lot to reach rank 10 from 20 easily. See the video  to learn how to play with it:
