Doomsayer will ensure your opponent's cards stay in his hand or should help against aggro. It's also better concealed.

Lorewalker Cho is great with Deadly Poisons, Shadowsteps and Conceals.

Goblin Sapper is... Fine, I guess. It's probably a "empty your hand now" signal for your opponent, but Vanish should help with that.

Clockwork Golem is played because we can.

Deathlord is fine with Sap and Vanish.
