Hello!

This is a very early look at a crazy archetype of paladin which may be doable with the release of Rastakhan: Fatigue Paladin. Credit for the idea goes to RegisKillbin, who briefly mentioned the possible Hakkar + Prince Liam synergy (explained below) in one of his recent videos, here (at 1:57):

This is a classic control paladin with even more stall tools (e.g. Val'anyr-buffed Saronite Chain Gang and Shrink Ray) and self-heal (e.g. Crystalsmith Kangor plus Uther of the Ebon Blade or a Val'anyr-buffed Chillblade Champion) than you might ordinarily find in control paladin. Elise the Trailblazer is there partially as a win condition and partially to provide protection from fatigue.

The key part of this deck is Hakkar, the Soulflayer. The idea is this:

  1. Have Hakkar die.
  2. Take your opponent to fatigue via all the above control, self-heal, and stall tools.
  3. Once you each have few resources remaining with multiple Corrupted Bloods (from Hakkar) in your decks...
  4. Play Prince Liam. He will transform all of your Corrupted Blood into random legendary minions, leaving you suddenly with a big pile of resources to draw into and your opponent with a big pile of death to draw into.

The idea is far-fetched and probably not very competitive, but it is a very fun concept which I can't wait to try out. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks!
