If this did 3 damage then we would be in business but 2 damage? HArdly worth it. Even the elemental tag is pretty worthless in standard.

It's basically a lightning storm (because let's be honest, we always get fucked and have lightning storm roll mostly 2s), which for 2 extra mana, you get a 4/6 elemental and no overload....as long as you fulfill the condition. My mind is saying "meh", but who knows.

This card is so pathetically sad that it makes me want to suicide. in my suicide note ill just leave this card in it.

It's certainly not bad, it's just sad compared to the warlock dragon that does 3 damage to all and doesn't require anything being played on the previous turn.
