im pretty sure quests are suppose to be SLOW dude because the rewards are pretty strong
Hopefully this means we're getting more discard targets and synergy? We can't win off of Silverware Golem and Malchezaar's Imp alone...
Also the portal itself is SOO SLOW jeez you do all that work and still have to lose tempo for another 2-3 turns
I like the idea and the concept, but this card won't work.
Control deck: Free 3-2 each turn, so good. But you will have to make the deck around discard cards, losing 6 cards, even if they are exactly the cards you wanna discard, are too much cards lost for late game; is not worth the price.
Zoo lockDiscard lock: You must make the deck around discard cards, and you are a tempo deck. You wanna play the most value thing each turn. If you draw this card after 5 draws, you will have probably 1 or 2 cards, you will die before get the quest. The only way you are going to profit this card is mulligan it, or after drawing her 1-2 turns later; and even in this situation... 5 mana 3-2? RIP tempo, on your next turn your rival will probably have the board control; wich means in most of cases you will lose even with the infinite 3-2.Don't embarrass yourself.
*5 mana 6/4. It summons two Imps every turn.
Oh, fuck, I understood bad how this card works; sorry guys
Most likely the going to be the Mysterious Challenger of Ungoro. Helps to sell Karazhan adventure too (Malchezaar's Imp). The portal is like GG against most control decks, just like Jades.
what is a Nether portal ? and no not the obsidian thing minecraft players use to get to the nether
Nether Portal
#DiscardLockBetterThanRenoLock
Interesting. I like the potential Deathwing synergy. For that to work though Lock is gonna need some control help
....so don't play other discard cards? Play a normal Control Warlock with this as a turn one play and Deathwing as a turn 10. Chuck in a Soulfire or two as insurance. Boom, sorted.
