Disarm Jaraxxus? ;)
put him in a deck with Wrathguard?
Also works well with Power Overwhelming to prevent your buffed minion from dying.
I'm happy to see people understand that it's a tech card and not 'thrash' like some have called it.
If anyone needs something to understand this card better, think Kezan Mystic.
The Mystic has more of a tempo swing than this IMO - also is viable against 3 classes compared to 1 here.
Furthermore it's the only tech card of it's kind capable of effecting secrets - a regular old silence card (Owl etc.) will perform the same function as this with full class versatility.
Well, 1 mana more in this case (and most others) can make a whole world of difference. A 3-mana 4/3 is okay, while a 4-mana 4/3 is horrible.
What I'm saying is that if you want a card to use specifically against demon decks, then Holy Knight is substantially better than Spellbreaker. Nowadays, there isn't much reason why anyone would want to do that (and in fact I feel in current meta this card is more useful to demon warlocks than against them), but if someday the meta change so that we see as many demon zoos as we see face hunters today, I would feel ok about putting one of those in my deck.
I wonder If You can use it on jaraxxus ,Since You can use Sacrificial pact on him.
What will happen? He won't spam "YOU FACE JARAXXUS" anymore?... That is tha best part of been Lord Jaraxxus! D=
Exactly It will lower your moral.
I like the idea *an interaction with demons*. But silence? Really? Not banish for x turns or make it weaker or force it to attack the warlock.
Not feeling it, The flavor is so great, but as far as use goes, not at all. A 3 mana 4/3 is all right, but it still doesn't have an effect that is broad enough to see consistent use. The ONLY neutral demon is Illidan Stormrage. This is great against Warlock on a good deal of their demons. Even some of the time going against Warlock with this will be not useful because silencing a demon like Flame Imp would be shit because its only good for its stats. Against any class but Warlock: not good enough for constucted. Arena? Maybe, but probably not.
Just my thoughts.
A Silent Knight with a holy shield and a Holy Knight with a silence.
Actually I didn't look on that this way :P
That's a pretty specific card, but so is Kezan Mystic, and i still play one in my control Pally, maybe this will see some play on a deck type if warlocks will be dominant on ladder. Bad in arena tho.
Not exatly bad at arena. 3/3 is the standart for 3 drop anyway. 4/3 still kills ogre brute (which is a really good 3 drop there) and still packs a benefit - yeah, it dies to 3/2s, but so does 90% of 3 drops. It may be mad if you are using Warlock, because to play this card you will probably be forced to silence a Demon if you have one in the field.
Do you think it'll be too OP if it was a straight silence and maybe a epic?
3 mana spellbreaker? yeaahhh it would be broken.
4/3 for 3 mana. Not bad for a tech card.
Wow holy knight silent knight
