No, he won't. The reason the cards you listed lose Stealth, is because they all inflict damage when using their abilites. And Stealth is removed once said minion with stealth, does damage.
Not sure if it will replace other cards, but it definitely is solid and may be fun to play with. I don't want to see cards that replace others as "must have"...I want to see alternatives. Always hitting on the exact same deck is so darn booooooring....
So IF my mage already has Coldarra Drake and Maiden of the Lake on the board, playing this guy and 4x hero ability at turn 10 will flood the board with 3/5 bodies....
Slow card but the value it can have is tremendous.
8 mana 6/10 + hero power effect.... awesome! Will War Kodo have any effects... that can make this a must have card in slower decks!
Yea this card definitely can generate a substantial board presence on its own. Definitely a great pick in arena (probably why it's epic).
I don't know about constructed though. It seems like this might fit best in a more midrange deck to establish board presence in the later game, a control deck would probably not have any room to incorporate a card just for its solid statline.

Yes this card can't be played on turn 6.... may be druid can afford an innervate. But usually the turn 8 slot is not filled with a 8 mana card, Druids can play it right before the turn 9 combo, or the control warrior right before turn 9 Alex to get the killing blow without Grom may be with a weapon. But yes not many decks will find it useful.
This guy is going to be brutal. Effectively extending your hand if you can keep him safe. Capable of a lot of value. Can't wait to finally ditch mech and try him w all the new shaman cards!

That was my thought when I saw this.
Play it turn 7 with Conceal, then next turn Master of Disguise.
Maybe all the synergies between Inspire and Stealth is why they don't mind Rogue getting screwed over based on her hero power.
Or you could play both on turn 10
I might be wrong, but i think he will loose stealth after Inspire is triggered. The same with Ragnaros the Firelord, Flamewaker and Baron Geddon.

Minions lose stealth when they deal damage. When Kodorider ability is triggered he doesn't deal damage so stealth is not lost.

well first off Kodorider isnt a legendary and second you can proc it multiple times so in the long run if it stays alive it will be better than cairne
This plus Warsong commander.
