I dunno, Rogue is not going to be keeping a secret up at all times like Ice Block.
They also better actually add some kind of tell to the UI that shows which secret is storing this.
Ice Block is terrible example to use this card with ,since it will only proc when your almost dead, how is summoning a 5/4 minion help you survive at 1-2HP ??
You can copy Halkias' soul with Horde Operative!
Yea design may be cool or even new / unique, but come on everyone is going to abuse the sh*t out of these new busted Rogue secrets.
It's like Roguestone Mirror matches all over again. I thought we'd get a evenly distributed expansion, but not anymore...
Kinda bad.
not after seeing the Secrets, all of which are incredibly unfair to play against...
Snowfall Graveyard can potentialy duplicate him but that's not gonna be worth it
At first, seems hard to trigger, but once you look at the new Rogue secrets, it's actually pretty hard to play around as long as you keep their board clear..
Hear me out. DR Rogue will be nuts. We‘ve got sketchy and the graveyard, which synergise perfect with that card. On turn 3 you could play graveyard and on 4 coin/prep for a secret + sketchy to draw and trigger the dr. I could imagine a deck with this card + Borat and some 5 mana dr cards for the lategame. I like it.
EDIT: Not borat. Korak.
Cool idea and I love the secret synergy but pulling this off sounds like it’s gonna be difficult. Unless you wanna take a gamble you’re gonna be playing this at 6 mana, and chances are your opponent will just pop the secret before killing Halkias
hell yeah dude
I think the difference is that mechs are man-made constructs, whereas elementals are naturally occurring.
It feels the same as Waxadred but weaker due to its effect
i don't see a reason to play him unless Deathrattle deck that has some Secrets in it, if I want to play tempo the class has a better option to play at turn 4 like Scabbs Cutterbutter.
Good idea but will it be playable?
The deathrattle is bad on this as the opponent could easy play arround. I guess bamboozle isn‘t really the secret you wanna play with this.
I love the concept. I think Paladin would have been more interesting.
Pretty meh, I don't see this triggering more than once. If I really wanted something sticky on 4 I'd just run Korrak the Bloodrager.
I'm curious how this works with Cheat Death, does halkias immediately come back to life if it's triggered on him? I'm assuming the deathrattle goes off first, "stores" inside cheat death and then the secret procs and resummons him?
I thought metal elementals were called mechs
It's a bunch of Stone Graves and Roots, like an aristocratic Grave Shambler
So if I control many secrets, how does this work?
1) Split the souls into each secrets like Horcrux. Trigger everything resummon it.
2) Each secret will have its soul, 5 secrets triggered will spawn 5 of these.
3) Only one secret stores its soul. The question will be which one? Secret you played first? Last? Randomly?
