This week's brawl is Fairytale Brawl!

Directeth thine actors, forsooth! Two Players!!
Rewards:
A Year of the Phoenix Card Pack for winning the Brawl once.
How to play this Brawl
This is a VERY unusual brawl. You start by picking one of 5 classes, which will let you "play" with a premade deck. In my case the deck was a fairly standard Quest Mage deck by the look of it.
Then once the game starts, instead of playing your cards like you are used to, you get to pick 1 action from a selection of 3, and that is the ONLY input you have during your turn.
The rest is the AI playing your turn for you. If this sounds like it will be a constant misplay party, then based on the 1 game we played, it seems this will not be the case too much. There's optimizations that could be made (my opponent's AI did not play around Iceblock as well as it could have, it had the option to leave me at 1 health and instead hit me when I was still at 4) but there's also quite clever plays (I chose the option to have my cards reduced by 2 mana, but no less than 2, and my AI used this to play coin + Incanter's Flow on turn 1, instead of the Mage Quest. I lost in the end, but that was a good play and it probably kept me in it.) and all in all it seemed like my actions between turns were more impactful than any good or bad plays the AI made.
The options between turns were, among other things: Reduce the cost of your cards by 2, but not less than 2. Draw 4 cards. Summon 3 random pirates, they have Rush. Copy your opponent's minions. And more!
LMAO people just conceding because they're not being able to choose what to do
get confused --> think some kind of a bug --> concede KEKW
we have seen so many bugs that now we mistakenly think a feature is a bug :D
Please release everyone who was participating in making this Brawl. Dumbest shit I have ever seen.
watching the AI play...
sounds so dumb, and fun at the same time :D
My mage opponent put some pirates on the board while I had nothing. His AI then proceeded to First Flame 2 of them to death. I lol'd.
My AI has the treasure to fill its hand.
It instead used Recruit to draw the final card out from the deck and lose the game.
Ive never seen a worse brawl, not sure how they are gonna top this one, but Im sure they will eventually
I think I lost some braincells (not that I have had much to begin with) trying to understand logic of AIs moves.
Some tavern brawls are completely random yet still fun.
Some tavern brawls are completely random and not fun.
This would be one of those.
if the AI plays better, i personally wish this is can be new game mode,
It's called battlegrounds.
Missing leathal, pinging face while there is 4-1 on the board, losing constantly randomly - wow
WTF IS THIS SHIT????
My priest is healing the enemy player or his minions????
I lose it while he has 30 HP?????
There should be an option to just flip a coin to see who wins. This is horrible.
If *THIS* is the kind of new brawls we can expect, it's painfully obvious Team 7's brains have all left the building. And considering the fact they have stated in the past they weren't going to print any new Charge cards because they cause limitation problems... and yet printed a new Charge minion with the latest mini expansion...
Technically that was the OLD team and this is the NEW team. So they aren't really bound by the old teams ideas.
despite all, it's ok to finish quests
It's new, but good lord is it terrible. You're held hostage by their idiotic AI. My Warrior two times did not play their quest turn 1, and you have to hope the AI will trade and not just hurl minions face.
Worst brawl ever?
Holy fck! I just played a game where my opponent had 2 hp for literally six turns in a row with me having completed quest as quest mage and ignite in hand. And this stupid AI couldn't just target his face. No. Instead it chose to drag the game until it managed to play every single Demon Seal and get "Azari, the Devourer" as its reward. Because I guess that makes a lot more sense! Made me lose my mind.
