New Blackrock Cards: Nefarian, Drakonid Crusher, Volcanic Drake
Blackrock Mountain Releases April 2nd
It's official! Blackrock Mountain releases April 2nd in North America!
Europe, Korea, Taiwan, and China will see the release on April 3rd. Pre-orders for BRM end when the adventure goes live, so if you want the card back, this is your last chance.
Quote from BlizzardAre you brave (or insane) enough to face the ancient evils lurking within Blackrock Mountain? Soon the fabled mountain will open, allowing adventurers the opportunity to journey inside and conquer fiery elementals, fierce dragons, and other hot-tempered foes!
Blackrock Mountain introduces 31 new cards that are too hot to handle, all obtained by emerging victorious in epic battles against some of the mountain’s most iconic villains. Throughout the course of this Adventure, you’ll harness the power of some of Azeroth’s mightiest denizens and unlock powerful new synergies through a whole flight of Dragon-type minion cards. You’ll also get an all-new game board, new music, and a host of legendary encounters—plus, each of Hearthstone’s nine classes will have the opportunity to add two brand-new class cards to their collection.
Blackrock Mountain goes live on Windows®, Mac®, iPad®, and Android™ tablets on April 2 in the Americas region (including Southest Asia and Oceania) and rolls out on April 3 in Europe, Korea, Taiwan, and China, beginning with the release of the first wing—Blackrock Depths. Pre-purchase this new Adventure for $24.99 using real money, iTunes®balance, or Google Play™ balance, and you’ll also add the red-hot Molten Core card back to your collection. The pre-purchase period ends when Blackrock Mountain goes live, so don’t miss out!
Sharpen your blades, practice your incantations, and prepare to do battle in Blackrock Mountain: A Hearthstone Adventure, starting April 2!

yes
Was working as intended ;)
Is it worth preordering?
for sure, give them your money!
lol, thanks for the reply
Why do ppl keep hating on others, who spent the money on HS? I myself never did spend any money, but so what if someone wants to? It is theirs hobby and in 21st century, i would think that spending money for/on a game is as common as spending money for a beer or whatever. If they have money for it and it makes them feel good, let them. At least it will last them longer then the hangover :P
Agreed. Why complain when other people spend money on the game? Do people truly believe Blizzard will continue to support the game long-term if everyone is free-to-play? It's silly. They're a business. If the game doesn't make any money, they won't spend resources on it. Skill/RNG wins out in this game anyway unless you're just getting started.
Honestly it's because people are jealous, so they have to find some way to belittle those who can spend money on this game. This is one of the cheapest hobbies you can find, I spend more on beer every week than I did on pre ordering BRM.
Someone said it before me and i will say it again: why on earth should anyone get special treatment, just cause they got to this game later then those before him? Everyone has the same options. This game is FREE, none ever said, that this game after being released for over a year, that if u start playing it, u will be able to instantly compete on level with players who reach Legendary rank or stuff like that. (ofc u can, but thats not the point). U can CHOOSE to speed up your progress thru the game by buying packs or arena entries or Adventures (and support the company this way, cause u know, the game is FREE) or u can "grind" it like the rest of "f2p" players.
I would like to see, in what game or sport or anything can u come in, start fresh and without any inserted work or money be on the "same" level as those who dedicated the time or money to be where they r. First of all, it would not be fair to them, but second, u actualy CAN get somewhat close to it in this game, but u must be willing to sacrifice something, cause u can play this game for free, but u cant get a years progress for free.
Let's not confuse the jealous haters with frugal gamers. Some of us get very frustrated when we bring up cost and everyone starts talking about how easily they fit it into THEIR budget. Well good for YOUR budget! I'm going to earn it all with gold and I'm going to have fun doing it, but if I sometimes have something to say to the people who blindly enable Blizzard's pricing models with dad's credit cards, don't you call it jealousy!
Awesome, can't wait for some PvE action. (and new cards ofc)
God forbid a US company caters to US residents first. What a concept. :^)
Dang it democracy.
They could have had so much fun with a 01 April launch date xD
Judging by some of these comments, time zones are too hard to understand.
Then Asia is doomed.
Sweet, can't wait to play it April 3rd, since April 2nd North America means 11:59 PM PST in Blizzard speak. That's how it worked with the Naxx wings, anyway.
Does anybody know if the normal version is going to cost the same amount of $ as the pre-order when it comes out? I don't really care that much about the card back, so Is there any reason to pre-order it right now instead of just waiting for the official release?
same price!
The card back. And with the possible refund, they try to tell you that there is no reason to wait rather than order now. ;-)
