i think 80% of the time you will play this card for the drawing effect when you are short of card.
and yes in that 80% healing the opponent can be a downside effect.
Healing your opponent may be only downside for token druid. But if token druid wanted to have expensive card draw, they could use Nourish. And as I know they dont. So I doubt they would use it anyway. Well, with healing effect its for sure. And Im glad its pretty much banned for token druids. For non-aggro deck I'd say its ok. Healing helps against other aggro, it helps to trade against some midrange and control. In those cases healing your opponent is not really significant I think.
Extremely good
The point is that the artwork and concept makes this look more like a shaman card than a druid one (:
would it heal opponents face and minions rather?
UPD: it heals opponents board, so its not OP, but really good against agro, so 1 copy mast have )
so many minuses couse of sprint worth?
i know it and its sad, but about this card its good nothing more...
but anyway we'll see after nax out
Pros:
1. Better draw than Sprint for the same cost
2. Also heals you, which basically means reviving Lucentbark.
Cons:
1. Does nothing (besides reviving Lucentbark) the turn it is played. This is not at all like Ultimate Infestation, because it also dealt 5 damage and summoned a 5/5, which makes a huge difference.
2. Also heals enemies. That's a huge drawback right here. You certainly cannot play it blindly.
3. Very expensive. Lucentbark druid absolutely doesn't need this card and won't take the risk of playing it, considering its high cost and drawback.
4. Healing your own minions by 5 will usually not be interesting; that part of the effect will have to be overlooked, which further reduces the card's value.
Overall, although that card seems good on paper, I believe that it won't see play unless new synergies with it are added; and no, Anubisath Defender alone doesn't suffice!
You would often play Nourish for card draw in combo Druid, this will be great if Malygos Druid works out.
man when you are running this you are around combo or control decks, so healing enemies face means nothing, as i said it even can be a huge advantage using Light Warden behind your 6 Lucentbarks,
imagin reviving 4 Lucentbarks making a 2/32 light warden and a zero mana Anubisath Defender. good luck removing them.
about heal duid we all knew it was lacking a good swing turn and two new cards are just a perfect answer to this deficiency
it should summon 5/5 minion, and deal 5 dmg, and gain 5 armor, and cost 10 mana... :D
This card is the Beginn of quest malygos combo druid!
Why it is not Choose one?
Because this card would be for 7 mana draw 5 cards cuz you dont wanna heal 5 to your minion and your hero over a 5 cards draw
Ultimate Infestation was very good that has been played a lot while Sprint is not very played, I say that this card will be very played
Druid has the best cards when it comes to draw
NOOO! God NOO...
I can't help but feel the card art belonged in another themed expansion such as Cataclysm. On a more serious note, do druid really need more card draw? I will probably try it out in a healing druid deck with the legendary from last expansion.
Cataclysm introduced Uldum to us, so that's fitting ^^
Ah you are right, I completely forgot when Uldum was introduced - then the art is great ;)
Ultimate Infestation new version 2019
this might cost 3 less mana but it is does totaly nothing on the turn you play it or i mean heal all for 5 is 0 mana effect
