BlizzCon 2018 Features a Mini Music Festival - Kristian Nairn, Train, and Lindsey Sterling
HODOR! Instead of just one musical guest for this year's BlizzCon, we've got three! Learn more about the closing festivities down below.
Quote from BlizzardEvery BlizzCon, we’ve closed out the weekend with a musical performance—but this year, we won’t just have one live band; instead, three diverse musical acts will perform live in our own BlizzCon mini music festival featuring Train, Kristian Nairn, and Lindsey Stirling!
The closing festivities will begin around 7:30 p.m. with a sendoff from Blizzard. Then the music begins around 8:00 p.m. PDT with Train on the Mythic stage. Kristian Nairn and Lindsey Stirling will follow shortly thereafter in the Overwatch Arena and at the Heroes of the Storm Tournament stage, respectively. The start times for each act are staggered to help ensure you have a chance to see some of each; walk the halls with your friends and fellow Blizzard gamers to enjoy all the festivities!
TRAIN
Live on the Mythic stage at around 8:00 p.m. PDTWith numerous Grammy awards and 14 songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 list, Train has been a mainstay of American rock music for 20 years. They’ve released a dozen acclaimed and best-selling albums over the past two decades, spawning countless breakout singles such as “Hey Soul Sister,” “Calling All Angels,” and “Drops of Jupiter” along the way.
KRISTIAN NAIRN
Live in the Overwatch Arena at around 8:15 p.m. PDTKristian Nairn has been one of Ireland’s most prolific and acclaimed resident DJs for two decades, releasing major remixes of songs from acts like the Freemasons, Madison Avenue, Duke, and more. He’s also brought his progressive EDM sound to clubs and concerts around the world, performing alongside legendary acts like the Scissor Sisters and spearheading his own “Rave of Thrones” club show series. A longtime WoW player, Nairn can’t wait to return to BlizzCon for another epic DJ set with his fellow gamers.
LINDSEY STIRLING
Live on the Heroes of the Storm Tournament stage at around 8:30 p.m. PDTIn the over five years since the release of Lindsey Stirling’s 2012 self-titled debut, the electronic music impresario, violinist, dancer, and visual artist has become one of the 21st century’s most innovative stars thanks to her groundbreaking vision of cinematic violin-driven electronic music. Her trademark sound and original choreography have made her headline tours a true spectacle. With her new Christmas album Warmer in the Winter out now, this will be a performance you won’t want to miss.
Only select portions of the closing festivities will be available as replays after the initial live performances. For the best experience, be sure to watch it live!
At least she isn't posting on hearthpwn from her mom's basement.
Calm down, kid. At least my basement is warm.
Fuck yes, can't wait to see Hodor live :D
When you say live, do you mean live or live?
Live
Really? Man, years past had Metallica, Blink 182, Foo Fighters, Ozzy, etc...
Missed out on tickets this year when trying to get them online, seems like that was good RNG
Well, at least it's not Bieber...
Yeah, finally we get something better.
Yuck, man. Train's recent albums have been absolute garbage. Other performers look really cool though.

Who are these people???
You literally have it written above...
Posting while stupid can't be good for your health. Please consult a physician.
I guess you should take your own advice then :)
I'd take your suggestion, but I'm not one for taking advice from sensitive people. Not my bag, kiddo.
Not sure i would call ppl who dont want to deal with a person acting like a dick for no reason sensitive. Your posting behavior has gotten a lot worse lately, not sure what is goin on with your life, hope all is good, but you should rly stop and think a little bit about how you interact with other ppl here. There is a room for an improvement. A lot of it.
I'd be inclined to agree that my posting behavior has gotten a lot worse lately, but I can't really say I've changed my style much. Often times, I try to be helpful, but I comment and respond to things according to the behavior of those around. If I'm acting a certain way, it is because it is inspired, not forced.
Speaking of calling you sensitive specifically, I'm remarking on how you and a number of other admins take and handle reports. I'm not the only one that feels your brand of moderation is a bit much. You have enemies you aren't aware of, Sinti. These enemies exist because of how you handle your administrative business here. Admins and moderators aren't often made aware of this, but I'm happy to tell you here and now because I often find myself irritated with reports filed against me. I don't have a personal problem with you, but I've spoken with a number of people that do, people who have made me aware when speaking of the moderation team and the way the moderation team conducts business here. Felt it was a good opportunity to make you aware of this.
Ciao.
Dont worry, im aware and can easilly imagine who at least some of those ppl are. If they want to give me constructive criticism, they r free to PM me, i will keep it private. That being said, i will not stop squashing dickish behavior just so some ppl can boost their ego around here. We moderate in a way that majority of ppl feel good to come here and post. We do not moderate in a way that trolls can feel comfortable to continue their behavior and make other ppls day miserable just to have a laugh.
And when someone gets their every other post reported, it is not us who are too sensitive, mby they are doing something wrong after all, since so many ppl find their behavior faulty. Btw you dont even know how many reports we decline, you would be surprised and mby even changed your opinion on our "brand of moderation" :)
I'd go further into the topic here, but your team punishes people for discussing moderator action taken against users. To actively punish and repress people for discussing action taken against them is sad. If you want to know just what you should be aware of that I consider sensitive, a message will suffice. Again, I'd mention certain things, but your team really hates looking bad when details come out in public.
