Dude its Rush not Charge...
When the Charge minions gets Rush on top they should not able to attack face anymore i would say
they are minions with charge. they don't lose charge when put in the battlefield.

You forgot whirlwind.
Easy ttk you can get: Emperor Thaurissan and Drakkari Enchanter, next turn this + any combination of charge minions (grom leeroy, reckless rocketeer, devilsaurs etc) + whirlwind + sudden genesis.
If the text on the card said summon copies this would be a good card, maybe too good. Otherwise unless there is an OTK combo that's not tricky to pull off. This card is too slow and clunky. To get value for 9 mana you must have 3 good minions to make it worth it.

Good card in theory, but now we should found warrior on big minions which want to throw all of his minions at the same time. Here you will just waste your entire hand (ok it may not be entire, but half at least) and what would you do after that? Playing with top decks. This spell actually would be very strong in hunter, where DK Rexar , can discover every turn new beasts for 8-10 mana without playing it.
For example if we take N'Zoth. You are giving 1 card, not your entire hand. And after opponent clear, he still should deal with deathrattles.
It would be interesting to see can we put it actually in Mech Warrior with all new discover cards and to make it playable. Actually we should have some way to refill our hand in order to make such card playable.
What? Throwing down, for an example, gromash hellscream, the lich king and rotface isn't going to be bad... and its 4 cards less in hand, if you only had those four cards in your hand in a reqruit/big deck it would be better to just get them down on the board then having them in hand. Also, they shouldnt be easilly cleared since theyre big, but if they do you should be able to drop more cards, otherwise you shouldnt have played the card that turn anyway..
That's a very good point. You'd have to very careful about flushing your hand like that if you don't have great reload.
Omega Assembly will help with this problem. We'll see if it's enough.
How are they even comparable
@SONARICEO Druid is making around 4-5 boards with Lich King, Ysera(sometimes), 4/12 tauns (Sleeping Dragon) and etc. And People are still clearing them. Meta in hearthstone now is not forgiving if you throw all of yours card. When I played recruit warrior, that was my main problem vs control deck. VS agro deck of course survival is more important, but we are not talking about obvious matches. What would you do vs control mage? He will clear your big board and you will be with 3 minions less. In total you have 8-10 minions. And 3 less a lot. You should be clever when to put minion and when you actually want to bite for remove... And this is obvious I though. And I will not comment some combos of Gromash and Devilsaurs, because even right now we have possibilities to do them and no one is playing such decks except for fun. And I am not even mentioning that combo is normally do 28-30 dmg... what will you do with armor, no one is asking. One more way to do combo for 10 mana and 6-7 card where you should wait all stars to align as they should in order it to work. They are fun, in such situation every card is useful... If you have played control warrior, you will know better, that you should care for your resources in order to win, not just to throw them in 1 turn. I have played exactly recruit warrior and vs slow decks my biggest problem was always that I have no minion while druid is making his 2nd big board or 3rd big board. Or mage is just removing my every minion with blizzards/meteor/flamestrike.
Otherwise I don't think that dr. Boom is as good as Rexar for current situation. Actually the HP where you can discover mech is maybe the most useful for this spell. You can discover few mechs and than throw them. But again in control warrior, we CARE for every minion, we are not just putting them mindlessly on the board. This would work on 4-5-6 turn, before bigger removals. After turn 10, we are playing slowly and I don't think that 9 mana spell is actually be played on turn 5.
Maybe mech warrior will have some good ways to replenish his hands with resources and this spell will be really good their. Just imagine, that you can put all zomby beast from rexar in 1 turn. If mech warrior can do something like that, it will be great addition to it.

2 Charged Devilsaur's + Grommash Hellscream in hand + chip activator for Grom + this spell = 24 face damage. Not sure about what deck is even needs this combo, but why knows..Nah, nevermind, of course it was already been suggested.
Also an interesting tool for Odd Warrior, it the sense that it makes drawing Baku a lot less bad. Whether Odd Warrior will be good just becuase of this card and Supercollider is highly debatable, but this card has it's uses in that deck.
We can do better. 2 charged devilsaurs and grom with an inner rage 26dmg from hand
This card is definitely insane. 9 mana that summons 3 minions directly in play is insane tempo + giving it rush. Will definitely see play if control warrior becomes a thing this expansion.
