Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to the forums to discuss this brawl!
Against Paladin I win most of my matches, warlocks are kind of 50/50 depending on draw.
I didn't have a problem to reach rank 5 or better this season in wild, only playing 4-5 games a day. Guess it's a solid deck in the meta (malygos druid)
Took druid hoping it was something fun, instead i noticed from the very first hand it was aggro.I was disgusted but still played the match.
At turn 3 the opponent, which was using warrior, did 14 damage and filled board with pirates.
Please blizzard, let these cancer decks burn in the deepest abyss of wild because i dont wanna see them again in my entire life.
stupid big priest
Wow, people are terrible at wild. If you play wild, expect to rack up easy wins as people fail to play around obvious threats. Mage fireballs my Dr. Boom when I have Duplicates up - doesn't even check on a Boom Bot, even though it's a mirror and he had already played the same secret.
Venture into a world of tier 1 priest decks to get an extraordinary reward(40 dust)
Just played rogue vs mage, after a few turns I literally double checked if I had queued Ranked by accident because whoever came up with these decks seems to have just Ctrl C+V the current meta and made it a tavern brawl...
big priest is pretty fun to play
Wow, this was wildly standard
Well from my perspective it's standard wild.
You might stand(ard) right but I rather believe you're wildly wrong...
Well, Blizzard's standards have gotten pretty wild.
Pretty disappointing. I’m a huge paladin fan and this deck not only is bad compared to most of the other decks but is boring and filled with standard cards. Not every tavern brawl can be a hit and that’s ok, just sharing that this definitely wasn’t.
For those who are complaining about the decks, do consider the fact that they had to get nine decks that were more or less balanced. I do agree they are pretty disappointing, but for those who wanted crazier decks like avianna/malygos druid, or justicar control warrior, or some funky ancestral spirit shaman, it would be real difficult to get them balanced. Also, the decks have to be relatively simple to play, since people new to the game (who make up the majority of those who play brawls) won’t know how to play out grim patron warrior, for instance.
Why give priest one of the top standard meta decks? When I read “a wild deck fit for battle!” I expect deck comps with cards that have rotated out of standard. If I want to see big priest I’ll go play ranked.
Maybe not that build from the Tavern Brawl, but Big Priest is a popular deck on Wild.
Totally agree. I’m supposed to beat big priest with this mediocre silver hand paladin???
I tried arena and several brawls. I would say it is more a Mild Meh than it is a WIld Fest. I hope they spice it up next week.
I killed like 8 Obsidian Statue vs the Priest. What a pain of match...
2 rares one of em was golden and 3 epics. Nice
The only time, I grinded to legend, was in the Aggro and Midrange Shaman era. I was playing against the meta with Dragon Warrior. And this Shaman deck gives me serious PTSD.
