Boss Battle Royale 2 is this Week's Tavern Brawl!
The bosses are back and they brought back some new friends! Find out who's the new champion - choose a class and we'll give you a corresponding dungeon boss to play!
Trivia
- This is a brand new brawl - kind of!
- The first time we saw this brawl was on January 25, 2017.
- Quests completed during this brawl are done based on your original hero choice.
- The "2" in this brawl's title refers to the number of classes which got a new hero choice.
How it Works
- Choose your class. Based on your class you will be given a different boss in Hearthstone. (See "Class to Boss Breakdown")
- Your boss' deck is predetermined by the game. Some cards are boss exclusive.
- Boss play strategies are the same ones they make use of during their respective adventures.

Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to the forums to discuss this brawl!
Today I got the "Win 5 Brawls" quest. So I played 5 games with Sindragosa and won all 5 games in just a few minutes. Played against Sindragosa, killed on turn 2 because I played 3 of the "Deal 3 damage for each spell in hand" card. Played 3 Curators, one I actually killed, the other two just conceded to double "deal 3..." and a Baby Dragon. Final game was against Professor Putricide who also conceded as soon as I'd weathered his first batch of secrets.
This brawl could have been fun. The last one was fun. Whoever decided to add Sindragosa should be fired... or at least given a solid slap.
I personally can't understand why people say sindragosa is good... it's actually horrible. I've only lost to it once out over about a dozen games, and that's because I didn't realize it also froze the board at 10 hp, or I would have won all of my games against sindragosa. She is very easy to beat, you just control the board and only break when you have 1 minion on board. You shouldn't have much difficulties at all beating her.
Here comes 100 downvotes though :D
Naga beats Sindragosa every single time, at least for me anyways.
After almost 40 wins I only lost a single game to non mirror as sindragosa.
It was vs that thing that evolves every turn . I was controlling the board but suddenly one of my minions became a hydra and gave opponent more burst. Even so I think I could have played a bit better that game.
Conclusion : if you like 100 gold per day this is the best brawl ever.
I just finished playing a game where I won this matchup as Sindragosa. I even accidentally BMed by missing lethal. Kill him next turn. Game dragged out to about turn 12 or 13, but I got there eventually, even though he had the head start throughout the rest of the game.
I got a Golden MIlhouse from the pack, and I'm not sure how to feel about it.
Dude, you just got to pick a legendary that you want to craft. That's insane ! Congrats and enjoy the dust.
The most unfair piece of crap brawl i have ever played.
Facing Sindragosa reminds me a bit of heroic Sapphiron with Frost Breath. And then there is Putricide.... Incredible! (Balance)
(Actually beat Sindragosa with Lady Naz'jar, thanks to Mindbreaker....)
Bugged shitshow. Played frozen trap as putricide, IT GOT DESTROYED AS I PLAYED IT. FFS why? I lost the game because of this shit.
Was it your 3rd secret? because I played Getaway Kodo with 3 secrets up and same thing happened.
1st: One bug =/= bugged shitshow
2nd: Not a bug
3rd: Bug is getting a 4th secret from Mad Scientist
Had a quest to win 3 games with Shaman..turns out I play for Lady Naz'jar.) Two almost immediate wins, two immediate concedes..and the morning has just started! .)
just came to jump on the Sindragosa-train: that hero is just unfair to the opponent, simple as that.
fortunately for me, i have a 60 gold quest to win 5 games with Warlock today. hopefully this will be quick
edit: took me 6 games to get the quest done. the one loss was simply me conceding to a Sindragosa-mirror-match to save some time. especially the White King (Paladin) can concede right at the start, imo, since there is simply no way for him
Same goes for me.
Dunno, how they thought giving such an overpowered hero power was a good idea. Or giving 2 blocks of ice to your opponent at the start as well.
I dunno, I managed to beat Sindragosa quite easily with White King, you just need to only play high value pieces (although me getting 4 Queens from hero power was pretty damn lucky)
Can be fun, but like others said, could definitely use some deck/hero re-balancing. We shouldn't have to insta-concede with pre-made decks, it takes the fun out of trying out the different bosses since some have no way of contesting another.
Agreed. It is fun playing with a battlenet friend, but randomly chosen opponents that are imbalanced sucks.
Don't play priest, the deck is terrible in comparison to the other classes with some matchups just being an insta loss.
