I'm pretty sure bonemare(which is common btw) sees more play than all the cards you listed combined
So, you basically play with infinite imps + topdeck from turn 5.
That is the only way i can think of, for effectively using this card.
It feels balanced tho. Big effect, big drawback.
Not like that retarded new Priest spell...
Malchezaar's Imp won't work, since the card destroy the minions before discarding your hand.
Keep in mind, they rolled out an engine change lately which altered how cards' triggers are validated. If a card says "Whenever", it now needs to be physically present when that "Whenever" occurs. So it's unclear whether that interaction still works.
roko_cz Differently from Cataclysm, the Deathwing text says AND, which means that the effects occur at the same time, Cataclysm destroy the minions first.
This is good, because the warlock quest was so bad. One of the hardest to complete while also one of the weakest. You only need 3 cards in your deck for quest lock now.
I have played a lot of Lakkari Sacrifice and one of the hard things is to survive versus aggro, since you miss your 1-drop (playing quest) and you need to draw a lot of cards in order to have something to discard and to get the discard cards. This solves both problems. You finnish the quest, so you can play it turn 5 and you clear the board. This might even make Cruel Dinomancer viable, since you might be able to play higher curve minions, which you will inevetably discard.
I already like midrange discolock (and it works quite well) and I will surely continue experimenting using this.
I reaaly ope that quest warlock will move atleast one tier up and streamers will play it more often.
Well, now you don't get to complain that you didn't discard the right card...
This looks familiar.
Ah, that's why.
You speak to yourself ? Alone ?
Interesting this...wonder if we'll see more support for Discolock.
Yogg-Saron, Hope's End
Key word: Hope's end.
What am I missing here?
Oh well look at that, somebody comments a picture of Yogg under a crazy spell. How very original.
Card could be good with all the discard mechanics, but discarding cards makes me sad :(
So I guess this is neither good when you play aggro nor control but for discardlock its god given. Which is not much flexible card unfortunately. Might work like a deathwing replacement in some kind of control.
