Blizzard Battle.net Chat Application Now Available on Android and iOS
Talking to your friends over Battle.net just got easier. Today Blizzard released a messaging app for Android and iOS which allows you to message your BNet friends and see what games they're playing. Stalking your friends while in the bathroom just went up a notch.

All the features for managing and adding friends on the Battle.net Desktop App are now on your phone. Send and receive friend requests, browse friend suggestions, or even scan a QR code to easily add friends in person.

Posted Sep 28, 2017 (Evergreen Nerfs)I would like this app to include VOIP. I'm an iPad player, and VOIP in this app would be great if it could be used while in the hearthstone app. Then I could voice chat while playing, like pc players do/can. I hope that will be implemented in the near future.
anyway, this is a great first step, towards friends community for the mobile platform
