I wonder this card interaction with Fandral Staghelm
Fatespinner word isn't like choose one mechanic like what is described in fandral...
Blizzard is always bad at wording and make us confused
Yea, I agree but if we go by the "choose one" text on Fandral, this card does not have synergy with Fandral because it does not explicitly have the "choose one" text.
I think it does have the Choose One keyword, at least internally, because of the "Choose a deathrattle" being in bold, which is usually reserved for keywords. I think the change in text is purely for length purposes ( Look at how crowded the card is ; It wouldn't fit any other way that I can see ).
After the expansion every deck will run a couple of Silence cards
hmmm, this one interest me the most
Finally we get some mind games in Hearthstone! Not to be confused with Mindgames, which is a bit of a misnomer.
Druids getting boardclear...
Does that mean Paladin will finally be able to deal 3 dmg on turn 2? xD
#fingerscrossed
WOAH! Now that is an amazing twist with the Choose One mechanic.
I wonder why giving +2 +2 secretly would be helpfull.
Besides that, it's a good board clear. I think ramp druid is gonna be interesting if you consider the legendary revealed.
if you have a large board (or means of creating one and killing this minion next turn), it can be useful.
Early to ask that question.
When Fandral was released, Blizzard stated that its combos would always work in the most beneficial order for the player, regardless of the order on the card. This is why Wisps of the Old Gods and Cenarius both summon their minions before buffing them.
The issue then, if this card follows the same rules, is which way around is more beneficial. Buff, then clear, is kinda silly because it gives you net gain of +2 atk, which is worse than not comboing at all. Clear, then buff, allows you to manipulate the board state to give you more advantage than the alternative, by making sure your opponent has 2-health minions and you don't. Therefore, I'd say that clear, then buff, is actually the most player-friendly way to do it, but we'll have to wait and see if Blizzard agrees.
So, will Fandral Staghelm's rage of the fireland work like Finja, the Flying Star, when Finja would survive, after getting buffed by a drawn Murloc Warleader, just with the Deathrattle effects going off one after another?
Very interesting mechanic, I'm curious to see how it will work out in practice.
This card is actually amazing, the more that I keep thinking about it. Turn 5 vs turn 8 for a 3 DAMAGE IS CRAZY. It can mean the difference between a deck filling the board, and it can also be used in token type decks.
THIS CARD IS AMAZING!!!
It seems Soooooooooo good.
Woooow a nice twist on deathrattle
ok it says Choose a Deathrattle
does it work with N'Zoth, the Corruptor?
I dont think so, because the first text is Choose One , so summoning this card doesnt trigger the Deathrattle
and I could be wrong
I probably won't be revived because it's technically a Choose One minion and not a static Deathrattle minion.
i think is going to be like Unearthed Raptor. Because the "choose one" mechanic is like a battlecry.
I could be wrong too :v
