This sealed the deal. I was on edge as to whether or not I thought regular dragon druid would be better than the reno version for consistency or not (or if either deck would actually be viable), but this is it.
Druid abuses board clears more than any other class, which is why they often never get them. This is it. They will ramp into this, catch up on board while healing 5, prevent another board, and use their 3+ mana advantage on their next turn to hold the game down.
On top of that, druid is unmatched in it's ability to tutor cards, so they will not be restricted as hard by the 1-per-deck restriction as other classes.
Unless the warlock excavate combo deck can keep it in check, reno dragon druid is easy best deck of the patch on launch, one hundy.
Where are the ones who said highlander was going to be bad compared to excavate?? Hehe :)
This card is nuts
all options are busted tempo for 2 mana, guess we will see this in everything
As in, everything will be highlander, or even non-highlander decks are gonna wanna play it? Because I doubt either of these will be true. But some decks might wanna be highlander, and I could even see this in a deck that just draws enough that you can reliably play it.
So broken it's not even fun.
Reno's Handcannon looks like Big Red Button to me.
Most likely is going to be a 2-Mana - deal 1-2 damage. That swaps for an extra effect each turn.
Like Deal 2 damage and Freeze the target > Deal 2 damage and 1 to their neighborns > Deal 2 damage and draw a card> Deal 4 damage > Etc.
That's my guess.
Actually is pretty much that but with other effects.

Here you have the full list.
This card seems funny in Burgle Rogue. Because Reno is Neutral, that means after I play it, my Tess Greymane can now replay Rogue cards. I look forward to the shenanigans that will ensue. No need to rely on randomly generating another class's Hero card.
Oh, and there's gotta be like 15 Mark OTKs in this card because of that interaction.
Neutral cards aren't "from another class", so you'll likely still be classified as a rogue.
No, DatMageDoe is right. It's a documented interaction with Majordomo Executus.
True Tarious, but when your class is Neutral, Rogue cards are from another class.
See blizzard response above. Blizz confirmed that you're remaining rogue.
So good for mage in duels with an infinite arcane deck.
You know how Zephrys the Great was so Great that even the classes that didn't get Highlander support cards ran him anyway?
Just from that Battlecry alone, a lot of the non-highlander classes are VERY tempted to run Reno.
Class limitations are stupid.
-Druid
Every control highlander deck ever will want to play this since it's a board clear, and it appears to target portals, locations, and dormant.
Yeeeesss baby lets goooooo
