Shiftcon has gotten so big it's had to expand! Shiftcon West brings all the same fun but now includes commemorative Shifting Scrolls!
This is a ready built deck Brawl.
The gimmick is that your deck is built with Shifter Zerus and Shifting Scroll giving a very random game play, from turn to turn.

The F in the brawl name is silent.
I hope the next time we get this brawl cards like Zerus & Shifting Scroll transform the turn you draw them like remixed/unidentified cards. This change is long overdue, especially since they released 3 new cards with this mechanic just a couple weeks ago.
Then how will I ever get the chance to play my 1-Mana 1/1 Shifter Zerus?
His presence on the board leaves opponents completely baffled.
I like the random/prebuilt brawls way more than the ones where you have to create a deck. If I wanted to create a deck I would played Ranked/Twist or event Duels/Arena lol.
Oh hell yeah! Shitcon is back!
Blizz is getting pretty good at serving up thematically relevant Tavern Brawls with other content coming out in that period. Doing this very chaotic and random brawl, featuring a tentacled old god minion, right when The Fall of Ulduar is being revealed is pretty fun and on point.
And this is not just this week or a coincedence. Since Titans launched we have had all Old God or Old God inspired Tavern Brawls.
* Blessing of the Raven - Spooky brawl with dark blessings
* Servant of Yogg Saron Tryouts - speaks for itself
* The Void Singularity - Old Gods come from the Void and are aligned with the Void instead of the Light
* Just a Hallucination - Old God Whispers and hallucinations, especially from Yogg-Saron, are famous.
Excluded: Heroic Tavern Brawl and Titan Recipe, both staples in the rotation separate from this.
Interesting observation.
Yeah, it does seem they're not half bad with it in some way. They're at least trying their best I suppose. But it still feels like there is so much more that could've been done. Especially with the Hero Power to make it more interesting. For example:
But for some reason they really don't touch that or really anything. It's the same repeated stuff and they don't even try to improve it. But yes, they at least choose to repeat thematic brawls I guess. For whatever that is worth, lol.
