Sap on a body? Yes Please!
Having a good, cheap, and possibly discountable card that can be generated randomly to disrupt the board is very good for demon hunter
This will only see play randomly generated. It's way too inefficient.
We're bring Sap back? Man, as someone who likes decks that plop down huge buffed minions, I really hope this doesn't see play.
Sap dosn't sees play in like years, even when it was still in standard, and this is notably worst than Sap.
Has the flexible point of use it in your own minions...but thats a notably worst Young Brewmaster, which isn't good, cause Brewmaster isn't even good.
It might see a bit of play during the first few days for the novelty, but I doubt it will last long in the meta. Your big boys are safe.
more of an outcast synergy card nerf than a viable card
So bad.
I don't expect that card to actully see play but why bring one of the most toxic kinds of effects back to Standard?
Sap was a really disgusting card to play against so why release something like that again?
If it's bad it will feel like one less card in the miniset and if i'ts good playing agaisn't it will feel awfull.
Exactly! As a non-aggro Paladin main I hate spending 6 mana to play a do nothing card and my opponent just sends it back for 3 less mana which in a class can bounce back to hand...
I dunno, a 3 mana conditional 2/1 body with a ~2 mana spell attached doesn't look good enough for modern Hearthstone.
You mean "2 mana spell that was one of the most played and influential cards any class ever had"? And it's even better than that, as - unlike Sap - you can use it to bounce your own minions, which is very relevant in Rogue with cards like Astalor Bloodsworn, Ghastly Gravedigger etc.
Realistically, I don't think this sees play - except maybe in some hyper agro deck - for a different reason: the outcast condition is very limiting on a combo card. Whenever you get it stuck in the middle of your hand and can't readily play it, this card is horrible. It's a 3 mana 2/1. If this was just a battlecry it would be played in just about every rogue deck.
Thats a good point.
Outcast DK getting out the rails with this one
Just imagine how fun it will feel seeing your opponent pulling (Discover) this outta their ass to get rid of an important minion of yours.
Cool card. Combo would be better, still tho.
The nuts for Menagerie Rogue that always lacked a good demon.
