This changes nothing about old Whizbang. He'll function just like before and draw from the same deck pool. You can't use both Whizbang's in 1 deck, cause they both force your deck empty except for themselves. And new Whizbang will draw from it's own unique set of decks.

What will be funny is if you play 1 Whizbang and your opponent plays the other. :D

Disclaimer: I only quite recently started to play BGs seriously, but

I kinda feel Spells are part of what makes BGs game play go, and removing it would be very detrimental to my enjoyment. Buddies and Quests and Darkmoon Prizes are fun stuff to change up the game play, but I feel like spells are not something you can remove again now that we are used to them. The difference in costs between them and what that means to what you can do each turns means SO much more variety to game play. I tried BGs before spells and never really clicked with it, but with spells it finally feels like a complete game to me.

The Wild Growth from this spell will be 2 mana, so allaround no change. Just an extra spell cast to get it.

Or maybe the expansion is about Whizbang's long lost brother, who got bitten by a Worgen and got the curse, and now goes by Mizfang the Malicious. =P

EDIT: Mizfang still makes toys, but they are like Chuckie Dolls...

So much to unpack in this post. Year of the Pegasus? Gift cards? And is that a toy airplane with gears on the image for the 2024 expansions? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?!

It's a real problem that when people see certain behaviour they start thinking "why shouldn't I do that too?", this is just Blizzard's way of saying "don't even think about it, or your account is gone."

Cause it's fine for the "professional" bots that most of this ban wave consists of, they don't stand to lose anything of value to them. But for Jimmy the Home Botter, who saw some bots and thought he'd use a bot for some easy gold on the reward track, and then loses his account he spent years pouring time and money into, is where it gets tragic. Cause Blizzard doesn't want people like that to end up with their account banned.

Let's get this thread on topic and discuss what the next expansion theme etc. could be, instead of getting into arguments about unimportant details.

Seems like this probably isn't true. 

Also seems like this would be a pointless rule to secretly implement for any card other than Noz. 

 

 The most devious thing is that if Blizz HAVE this tech, but they refuse to use it for the Noz quest day on the 15th when everyone WANTS to match up with other people with Noz in their decks to quickly be done with the quests, by having super fast turns. xD

This has happened in the past and in those cases people DID get the rewards, but they just did not get the graphics to go with it.

Like pack opening, it seems like the moment the season rolls over for you, the rewards get added to your account, even if you have not confirmed opened them.
