Incredible deck. Took this baby from Diamond 3 to Gold 8. If you're going first, Prep + Backstab + Concede is almost as consistent as the proposed Prep + Coin.

Yeah, I think it’s a bit more draw-dependent than other decks. But ggs dude!

Overall, I feel like he doesn’t add enough power to the deck as it is. As in, he’s extra greedy and you can’t use him enough because your cheap spells are typically used on your Mountseller turns.

I don’t really know what to say against the first part of your conclusion. Druid’s best decks all rely on heavy ramping, so if what you’re saying would be correct, Druid would be one of the worst classes right now. We all know that’s definitely not the case.

I do know the deck is susceptible to heavy Aggro decks. If you face nothing but Aggro, the deck might not work in your rank. But please refrain from saying a deck sucks because it didn’t work for you. I booked success with it, even against Aggro.

I’m not sure about this one. You say you want to test the deck without commiting, but on the other, you’ll never feel the deck’s power without a key card such as Ysera. Ysera is part of nearly every Druid deck, and I bet it’ll be the case for the next 4 months, until she rotates. So it’s up to you. Her effect is quite unique, but you might be able to throw in Kael’thas Sunstrider instead.

I thought this question might come. Indeed, you can go for Wrath. Alternatively, Power of the Wild is a good one-off as a follow-up to Glowfly Swarm.

Regarding Kiri, Chosen of Elune, you can go for Wrath. Alternatively, Power of the Wild is a good one-off as a follow-up to Glowfly Swarm.

Can we lock these threads sooner? It's always the same discussion, and it devolves into nothing more than people not spending money on Hearthstone ridiculing those who do, and vice versa.

Just don't read and get out dude. Ppl are trying to be heard here and most of us don't like the new system. If u're not willing to be part of the discussion, F* off.
Go to your low ladder play or smth if u don't like the thread. Just don't come here to say anything useful.

Funny of you to make assumptions about me as a player of Hearthstone. It shows your incompetence of adding anything of use, which is irony at its finest.

We've had dozens of the same threads these past few days. If you want to add something, do it in one of those threads. The 'just don't read it' argument is getting old, to be honest. These days, there isn't anything else to read as all these threads take up the highlighted thread window on the homepage. My comment was useful to the discussion, because I want others to read what it does to those who simply want to play the game, and enjoy a forum that should be about more than one topic being repeated endlessly.

But alas, you might be right. I should've simply reported it.

I was hoping we would get one of the Old Gods for free, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it's just 3 packs at launch.

posted a message on Why is everyone in this forum defends this greedy a$$ company?!

I just want to start of by saying I'm not defending Blizzard/Activision. We have established they are indeed keen on profit, as are all companies. It's also quite likely they'll fix whatever is broken, which is a fair point made by Solem. And they'll probably be able to still earn a lot of money if they change their model of earnings by just a bit.

As an objection to Solem's video, he uses his "4 Legendaries out of 120 packs" too much as a statement as to why the game is expensive. We all get unlucky in pack openings from time to time, other times we get really lucky. It happens. To use the amount of Legendaries you've pulled from one expansion pre-order, as the reason why a game is expensive, is faulty. He shouldn't have used it. I do agree on his statement about Legendaries costing far too much to craft; they should change the pity timer/drop rate, or decrease the dust amount to like 1200.

But I think there's a larger issue at stake here: Hearthstone's monopoly on digital card games. There is no standard except theirs. In any economic market, that means high prices. After all, if you hold a unique product, you get to decide its price. If you dissect the problem a bit further, Standard, Wild and Duels are the only modes costing a lot of money to play, provided you want to play all decks possible. If you look at Arena or Battlegrounds, it can be played for a lot less, which I still think is fair.

Going back to Standard, Wild and Duels, you can create 2 or 3 decks every expansion if you're F2P. I know this because I have a separate F2P-account. If you want to run a Highlander deck, I can play 2. If I run other decks, I can play 3. The challenge lies, now more than ever, in that the discrepancy between modes and decks you can play as a F2P account compared to a paying customer, becomes painfully larger. The addition of an extra class, the addition of a new mode that requires a good collection, and now the Tavern Pass. It all adds to the pile of things you need to pay for to enjoy properly, and that hurts.

Concluding, when rewards are concerned, Blizzard should make no difference between their players, F2P or paying. The Tavern Pass is a bad idea to reward players, and every player should have the same reward track. If they want to add extra cosmetics, it is only fair you have to pay for them. Going F2P is your own choice, but you can't be salty about not having access to all cosmetics. Where cards are concerned, I do agree with the price and dust economy getting a bit out of hand, in combination with the increase in power level of the last 3 expansions. Every class has good Legendaries now, and even the 4 Neutral Old Gods are almost necessary. I am hesitant calling them extremely greedy, but I do stand by my earlier statement that this is the market as it is right now. Common sense, that is all. Public outcry is good, especially in these cases, but make a stand with correct arguments. That goes for this forum as well; as a F2P player, don't start topics saying you are entitled to the same collection as paying customers. Explain what you want to see done differently, like dust economics or pricing as a whole.

As for the way they implemented the gathering of XP for the reward track, that's a mistake. And I'm sure Blizzard will realize this soon.

posted a message on Can Fuser piss off?

I am aware of adblockers, but I'm on a different PC now. I just thought I'd mention it, because these few days sites like Hearthpwn attract a lot more audience. Would be a shame if their first experience would be this.

    Quote from xskarma >>

Duely noted. I use the site without adblockers especially to make sure I see stuff like this, so I know which ad you mean.

This is several steps above my pay grade however, but I have taken your concerns to the people who handle this stuff.

Thank you. I have some friends who refuse to go to Hearthstonetopdecks because of how trashy the site is without Adblock. Just thought I'd mention it.
